half kg Apple,
3/4 cup of sugar. Personally, I think it's too sweet and you should use only 1/2 cup or less.
1 tsp cinnamon
lemon juice
Cookie Dough Ingredients
75 grams of softened unsalted butter
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1+1/2 tbsp water
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup. All-purpose flour
*Bake at 160c for about 16 minutes.
