I was pleasantly surprised at the price as well given the amount of stuff we get! Im sure you will get the chance to hunt 8* kushalas, just keep an eye out for them haha!

7 for rng events that favor people near cities. Why do we excuse this behavior so Niantic can make tons of money at the expense of fun (we could have all the fun or more often events if their pricing schemes weren't at the forefront of their game, keep people playing farming for months kind of thing, so they have more chances to spend money at our events). They could have better paid systems or just charge an acceptable one time fee, but people are more content paying nothing to play it then being lured with over the top predatory iaps, since when is 7 for a game seen as expensive but for an in-app purchase it's cheap. Living not close to the city I can walk 5-7 miles and barely get anything done.(30-40 mons) I hate this company ruining fun at a price, unfair to people playing at their bs rates. why can't events with people just always be open idk if they are because I'm so far out that It took 2 months before I even knew there were bigger outcrops and gathering points.

If you buy the ticket you wont have to wait for the cooldown! If you can join more than 7 HATs during the event then its already worth it, so you dont necessarily have to play for 2 whole days haha!
They should make the health recovery system recover twice as fast to keep up for 30 min respawns. I'm sitting on 30 potions 10 of which I've had since last October. Soo I think that's gonna suffice.
$7 is a good deal. I gonna buy the ticket event. I knew potion was gonna be factor. Lucky my main is a bow. And lately I been beefing up my main bow set with as much defense as possible. With the poison event certain monster drop double reward for first 2 slot. I been taking advantage and trying to farm more wyern gem shard. My main weapon is 10.5 blk Diablo bow and my main armor is lvl 5 focus, lvl 5 burst, and lvl 3 atk boost. Currently my set has 922 defense. Most days I only use 1 or 2 free first aid. With range weapon and high defense I don’t get hit as often and even if I do get hit with high defense the damage is bare minimum. Can’t wait for ticket event gonna try to do at least 100 hats/Kushala in those 2 days.
@@PauwerPlays it's very safe indeed. I deal 3.2k front 3.9k back and 4.4k on aggressive dodger + sneak. Gunlance is a godsend tool to farm parts for the elemental weapons.
@@Silasftww I don't know what monsters you have unlocked since the game has changed from when I was in 4 stars. But the most important part for GL is to take the Artillery skill so aim to get Basarios chest and pants. For the other parts I use black diablos helmet, rathian gauntlets and regular diablos belt. I get Artillery 3, Partbreaker 3 and Lock on.

the potion thing is my biggest problem with this game. like imagine if you can't roll pokestops in pokemon go and are forced to get daily 10 hyper potions to keep your pokemon healthy, with a limit of 20 hyper potions in your bag at a time. do one raid and your full party needs 6 hyper potions. then do a rocket fight and use 1 or 2 hyper potions there too. then do a gym fight and that's another half party needing heals. like at least you can swap out pokemon after they're injured, but if you're low hp with no pots left, you literally cant play the game. its basically pay to play at some point
@@PauwerPlays of course but during events like these, since you have a limited amount of time you do want to get the most bang for your buck. or at least if would be great if they could increase the natural hp recovery rate, especially during events
Too late bought it. It's $10.99 AUD which is still insane. Especially since the prime hunter pass is $15 & when comparing to PoGo ticket values. Of course PoGo's ticket issue is the value of the items/pokemon not matching the price
@PauwerPlays one of my loadouts is lv5 health boost & lv4 divine blessing. It's the rathian/legiana/paolumu build teamdarkside made. It's very useful since health boost affects healing speed in overworld
This has nothing to do with this event, but I started playing the game big monster fan rise I loved and stories 2 I loved I have world but I have no idea how to change my weapon in now pls some one help me
i just wish they had an event that would give free hp pots :) I'm really struggling to go no-hit with my hammer consistently while also killing monsters fast enough to not time out which makes me resort to the likes of bows and bowguns to shoot from distance. but then whats the point of just using ranged weapons 24/7 if it doesn't even feel like a hunt anymore
@@PauwerPlays I wish it weren’t so, it really creates a lot of negative feelings toward ranged by melee players and a sense of elitism… healing def needs to be reworked in some way or at least just make potions accessible by crafting or zenny or something.
Japan has it priced at 1000 yen and here in the Philippines I don't think it's too bad. Good thing this paid event is totally optional and you can still get the materials you need even outside of the event
you have a fatal flaw in your calculation and that is that your worth is based on the ridicoulus prices for the tickets in the first place.. since 7 euros for 7 tickets is already absurd even if getting more out of your pay2win pass is still not worth the money. A full day unlimited pass shouldnt cost more than 1 euro in the first place. they will get their bags of money with carving knives and potions while getting people to play thr game and enjoy it.
My logic was either buy tickets with gems or you can buy the paid event and get more :) The prices are absurd and you will inevitably spend more when you play the event. For our part, it's more of how can we take advantage of the system haha

As a CB main. I'll be mostly doing Jho and Zin Hats. Maybe a few 8* kush here and there to make another g8 coil

Definitely pay to play but you can also choose to wait for your hp to recover for free
