Found you from a podcast I watched the other day, and you are quickly becoming one of my favorite financial mindset channels I've found
While I agree mostly with this kind of mindset, let's stop normalizing the grind mentality where you can't do anything except be productive. Sometimes when I'm scrolling it's because I've had a long day and want to turn my brain off for a little bit.
The rest and the fun is important as well

Accessing positive and educational content on finance and health
Balance will always be key to life🤞🏾
A lot of good points here. However, I think that sifting through content online is a new way of learning that can be, in large part, a new replacement for reading books. It's possible to encounter a lot more info and food for thought in a shorter time online than if you sit down and read something in hard copy. A lot of us read a lot more than we might realize; additionally, input can be audiovisual, and many people learn best that way.
I'm enjoying this channel a lot. Thank you!

What kind of music?
Thanks for clarifying "multi-taking". The brain can only do one task at a time. It irks me when people refer to MT as a skill you learn. It's a total fabrication.
I am constantly moving and looking for productive things to do. I only work three days a week. On my four days off I look for things to do around the house. Most of my time is spent cleaning though. I try to go to the gym 4x a week, grocery shop, yard work, help cook, vacuum, dishes, clean the cars, go biking and if time permits watch a movie.
6:12 was actually so easy to do! But I guess I'm fortunate that my full name is "I Love Financial Tortoise". Sometimes life just blesses you, idk

I have a request. Can you create pauses after your points and maybe annunciate the sentences with more emphasis, a but spread out (slower)? I think it would really help me to keep the info and reflect a bit before moving on to the next points.

Could you make a video about high yield savings account? seems like they're popping up everywhere
HYSA is simply a savings account that pays a relatively high interest rate. You can open one at most banks. This is opposed to a checking account, where most have no interest payments, and normal savings accounts which may have lower interest rates, which means less money for you.
