Buy an older Lexus LS 460, 10k for a stupid over the top luxury experience that costed 130k just 10 years ago. Any Lexus/Toyota products are going to be crazy reliable and really only need basic mantance to be kept on the road, oil changes, tires, and brakes are all really easy things most people can end up doing themselves with a few CZcams tutorials and tools. Need something cheaper? Ls400, or 430, need something more sporty? SC300, or 400, any IS or GS. need FWD for winter? Any ES, need a family car? Get an RX. Really want something fast? Get an ISF or RCF. Lexus is the most reliable Brand especially for luxury cars that will make you feel rich, comfortable, and fast, usually for a very cheap price. Even if you have 2 grand, you can still get an LS 400, which have had a few examples go over a million miles, really proving how reliable the brand is. Now sell your new mediocre Chevy Trax you paid 30 grand for and buy a real car

My kid has gotten a new different color spiral bound notebook for every subject since fifth grade. They are always left with 10 to 15% of the paper. This is the paper I use when I go to Korean Class. I have been studying Korean since 2017 and I have never bought notebook paper for it. Occasionally, I will get a big stock report of bound white paper. This paper is absolutely perfect for draining fried spring rolls on. once the Page gets greasy I flip 5 more pages 😂 I always save one back for frying. I keep quart yogurt containers for disposing old oil. I save old glass jars for canning figs, fig jam is expensive but canning jars are really expensive so I just reuse old jars as they still have 1 canning left in them.

I guess that I should add that we no longer utilize "Usetabee" food storage containers. (Used to be margarine, etc., which I saw on an SNL "Black Jeopardy" skit.) The reason is that they are plastic, and it is a bad idea health-wise to microwave food in plastic containers, and because we value our time. Instead we use Pyrex (glass) containers, and I will eat dinner out of the container instead of using a bowl or plate. You can find Pyrex containers at thrift stores, but they're not all that expensive. I like them because they go from freezer to refrigerator to microwave oven to dishwasher to a shelf. We made sure that they would work and play well together, i.e., they stack easily on the shelf or in the freezer, and fit easily in the dishwasher. It's a one-time expenditure that saves us lots of time and work, and they will last forever.

A tip from me , the plastic boxes you get from instant noodles. You can reuse them for food waste when your cutting.

You got me. I cut up scrap paper and old envelopes to make note paper guilty as charged. I use old toothbrushes to scrub around taps, between tiles and inside ug holes . Tin foil folded up several times is good to sharpen scissors with. News papers are great for packing, wrapping broken glass, making pattern pieces

Ah, number 6 birthday candle can't be a 9 because the wick is on top, unless you're going to do some shaving to find the wick on the other side, so use it for birthday 16, 26, etc...

We had a huge home improvement that left us in a hotel for 4 months, shortly after pandemic. So the hotel was giving breakfast in "disposable" containers. My husband would grab one everyday with his eggs. We still have those containers from 3 yrs ago and he is still re using them

Ive been reusing gift bags since they were invented (well close enough). We have a long road trip next year and my husband is bringing a tote to collect all the toiletries, tp, and tissue boxes. His goal is to have it filled by the time we get home LOL

I have wash clothes from when my daughter was a toddler that I use for cleaning now. Also the newspaper and junk mail can be crumpled up and put in your shoes to dry them out after it rains. Get the lint from your dryer and put it into old toilet paper rolls for fire starters.
