the first time you said seungcheol sounded quite correct to me but I get that it’s a hard name!! In svt it’s actually quite common for the fans to call them by their stage name (I usually NEVER do that haha) so you could call him just s.coups or coups (I also refer to him as cheol bc it’s shorter and easier to say than his full name 😌) but you will see also for other members their stage name is used quite often: woozi, hoshi, dk/dokyeom, dino etc.

this is my personal advice tho, since each svt unit have their own unit songs on almost every album, i think it'll be a great idea to react each unit's discography. the 3 units have their own quirk & aesthetic, so i suggest you to react each unit to decide which one vibe with your taste. because they're very diverse.
usually, they released an album with one or two tracks with full 13 members, one song from each unit, and collaboration songs (randomized members). since they're self-producing idols, it's very interesting because they have 13 members, so they can make a lot of combination (/variation).
they also like to mix n match members to release a collab, so there's even a duet / trio song in those albums, for example:

Hi, Carat here! Dw about not getting all the names instantly, it happens. A good guide that I always recommend is the same that he reacted in this channel by caratline17 (it is kinda long tho, lol).
Besides the guide, some videos that will definitely help you are some compilation videos of each member that were made by Sunshine Space, like "Woozi being Woozi with the members" and stuff (same case for each member). Also, listening to their solos, covers, or just watching their web series "Going Seventeen" (aka svt being full-time comedians and part-time idols), you'll definitely love them even more and also get used to their faces and voices.
