BBC Breakfast : Central London where there’s a float to live campaign.

Jon is having ia lesson called “ float to live “ Jon is with Cortney a life guide from the RNLI. They are demonstrating this technique in fine detail.
The area where they demonstrated this technique was central London it was a live coverage.
I watch the breakfast tv early and learn from the programme putting many different techniques , different therapies , different alternatives and information that could be useful.
I work with synchronicity that’s achieved but we all want a word simplicity it's achievable.
Please be careful when you go out for a swim take people with you always tell each other in what area you will be swimming.
