@user-oc7og1nc1i my Activation box had come loose and couldn't be tightened down. Upon installing my blade and taking a good swing, the box snapped off and dangled from the wire. Support has been phenomenal despite having to wait a day or several between responses. The overall assessment is, It is thought that maybe it has been damaged in shipping initially and was deemed unrepairable.I am still waiting to get the rest of it back, I was given an entirely new top half of the saber, just waiting for the bottom half and Electronics.
I realize after the fact that I didn't say anything about cost, it was about 60 bucks to send it to the repair center, if which I am to be reimbursed upon return of the saber to my possession, which hasn't happened yet. I can update this when it does if you like.
I got the SNV4 of the Ani 3 and I love it!!! Thank you Theory, and thank you to the Theory Sabers team. I love how the sounds in the Sabers are also like accessing files from Ben Burtt lol
@@blackacnologia1263 hey bro I fixed mine and can move the wheel wherever. There is a clocking ring right above the bottom grip. When you unscrew it and unscrew the bottom grip you can then move it to the desired place and screw it tight. I moved mine to where anikans revenge of the sith location of the covertech wheel on the saber. Hope this helps you
Theory I really want to see you dueling friends with these and showing durability by prolonged full force fighting, as much as you demonstrate durability other ways, my neopixel’s from Imperial workshop do have their blades brake with blade on blade actual full force contact if you do it enough. I’m curious how yours would fair plus it would be a fun vid, just duelin

I have the same issue and I am trying to refund mine. I can't hold it in two hands because of it.
