To download the video, click "Export" in the top right corner, choose your video quality and then the bar will count from 0% to 100% complete and when complete you will be able to find it in your "Downloads" on your local disk drive!
Hello, nice video. Can you explain how I can have each picture set at 3 sec automatically? Or do I need to adjust every pic manually? Lol I have 700 pictures
Thanks for the feedback and wow that's a lot of pictures! The default for pictures is 5 seconds and we haven't found a way to change this, however you can select all pictures at once and then manually adjust the clip length to 3 seconds using the tabs at the side of the clip. If you have all pictures selected it will adjust all clips to the same length at the same time.
It looks great, but is there anyway to save the video besides exporting the video? If I am not able to complete the video in on take, can I save it and come back to it later?
Yes absolutely, you can choose to save it as an ongoing project and then return at a later date to continue with it!

Very cool.. If you add auto captions, which CapCut has.. this would totally become a go to for me. I don't wish to type out all of my VO captions by hand.. so I hope you will add that to the feature list. I remember MS Movie Maker years ago.. so I have been using MS products since the 1980s using DOS .. and still cringe at Mr. Clip It.. from the Bob GUI interface.. only oldsters will get that reference.
Clipchamp does have the auto caption feature! 🎉 Within your project, if you click on the CC button on the right panel there is an option to enable auto captions.
what premium features are included with Clipchamp and which are not in the Microsoft 365 Personal plan?
Premium filters and effects are included with a Microsoft 365 subscription 🙂
Does the free version have a watermark? Also do u need to be online to use it and launch it?
No there are no watermarks when using Clipchamp, and you can use the app offline however this would limit features such as saving to OneDrive or posting to social media until you're back online again

Is there a way to import or upload subtitles in clipchamp?
Hello - absolutely! Please see both methods below:
To upload subtitles to Clipchamp, you can use the built-in subtitle feature or the auto-captions feature
*Here are the steps to add subtitles using the auto-captions feature:*
- Import and add your video to the timeline.
- Click on the captions tab and then click on the turn on auto-captions button.
- Select which language you would like to use and click on the filter profanity and offensive language option if you would like to remove any words.
- When you’re ready to generate your subtitles, click on the turn on auto-captions button.
- Edit the subtitles transcript.
*You can also use the free subtitle generator that creates subtitles for you*
- Once you have generated the subtitles, you can edit them to personalize the font, color, alignment, and size.
- You can download the SRT file for the captions in your Clipchamp project by clicking on the download captions button in the captions tab on the property panel

New project .. add white background, add Typewriter title> make text black ... and yep drop shadow is visible ?! No option to remove either??
Unfortunately, Clipchamp doesn't seem to have a direct option to remove the drop shadow from the text.
However, there are a few workarounds you might consider:
1. Use a different text template: Some users have suggested using the "Meme Text" template in Clipchamp, which has an option to adjust the stroke.
2. Use an image: If your goal is to make the text more visible, you could create a transparent shape in a Word document, save it as a picture, and then import it into Clipchamp. You can position this image behind your text to help it stand out.
Remember, these are just workarounds and may not give the exact result you're looking for. Hope that helps! 😊
Can i use rhis program on windows 11 without registration on Microsoft ?
Yes you can! Head to 1:10 in the video and Hannah details what's included both with and without an M365 license - you will still need a Microsoft email address to log in though 😃
Is all clipchamp voice accepted for youtube monetization?
As CZcams Monetisation can change frequently, we would recommend speaking to them directly about this query.
In the sound timeline, seems to show a bucle -in the graphic wave or intensity-. when i put some file bigger than 20 minutes, it doesnt show the real information of sound in the sound timeline. Even separating the video and the audio, it shows a bucle or a default image in the sound timeline. is it happening only to me? There is a way to configure Clipchamp to show the real sound information?
Can you change the software to light mode?
This isn't an option currently I'm afraid!
Can you do reaction videos using clip champs

I"m using Clipchamp. I cut before and after a short part I want to delete and it turned black so now I can't delete it. What do I do?
If it's the delete icon that greyed for you, just make sure to click on the section you'd like to delete again and the button should become available to select again.

I uploaded one video to edit 10 minutes later it is loading another 10 minutes later it is still loading after a total 30 minutes it is still loading

So I googled maximum length for videos to export in clipchamp and it recommends 10 min max..why is this? I have like videos that add up 30min plus when combined
There is no enforced limit on how long you can make your Clipchamp projects, however, exporting a project can be affected by your computer specifications which could be why the 10 minute maximum length is recommended. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! :)

We always put chapters in our videos for people to pick and choose which section of the video you need - if you're not sure what Clipchamp is and want more information watch from 14 seconds, if you want a guide on installing it watch from 1:10 and if you only want an editing guide then watch from 2:04! Did you use Clipchamp exclusively to edit this video? If not, what else did you use and/or pair with Clipchamp to get your (very nice) final product?
Thanks for liking our video. Some of our video templates are pre-created in another app which made it easier to finish this video in that program. We do try to use a variety of programs to be able to compare. Have you tried Clipchamp yet?
Does clipchamp have the stabilization feature? I can’t find it anywhere.
There currently isn't a stabilisation feature, however you are able to suggest features that could be considered in the future - to do this, use the three lines in the top left corner while editing a video and it will show the Suggest a Feature option!

Ione thing I hate about it is it buffers to much. The one thing I like best about it is picture in picture

I am not able to change the emotion of the voice
Is this for text to speech? Make sure you hit the drop down on advanced settings just underneath the "hear this voice" link and you'll see the emotion options there. Emotions aren't available with all voices mind you so try out some different voices (like Aria) if you want to use this feature!
Literally all I'm trying to do is take a one minute clip out of a longer video and put it on CZcams. So far, between the processing time to get the video into the software and then all of this other nonsense (which bar exports? I can't tell! :( ) and watching video after video, it's taken hours. Why don't you make the easy stuff that EVERYONE will want to do IMMEDIATELY more obvious? :(
I completely understand your frustrations with the amount of time it's taking 😔 We'd recommend double checking for all updates (both PC and the app itself in the Microsoft Store).
Regarding the export bar, once you click export and choose the video quality, it's the bar at the top which will indicate when your export is ready and you can then find it in your "Downloads" folder locally!
Just tried it for the first time. I gave a 1.1GB Video and deleted half of it and exported the remaining half. I've got a 1.8GB video now 😒
Dissaster...Clipchamp few minutes can not upload even 1 file size of 24Mb, .mp4 format. CupCut do in second. How can you edit something, if even can upload file?

Me too! I had to teach myself how to use a computer. In 2015 started learning Movie Maker which has been cut off!
