Hospitals should pay for the shit they allowed on there watch. They make a shit load of money they should have a 2 person system at all times when dealing with any patient and more cameras. I rather have a camera in my room at alm times just make sure. They say 33% of patients get touched improperly during hospitals - especially if your are female. That is way way to high.
