It was a soft penalty but that's how it is these days. If you're being honest Hart got away with one - he wasn't getting to it. As much as Celtic are deserved champions, a really weak Rangers team stopped them from playing and if they had a half decent striker they win that game. Every team can have off days, Celtic looked in control and better structured as a team than Rangers , they look more polished than the Rangers team overall but they weren’t clicking on all cylinders in the final and that’s the point , even on off days Celtic can still beat Rangers on their best days , Celtic are a class above the frantic at times disjointed Rangers team who can get results against most other teams by sheer tenacity but against a classier team that won’t work unless you get very lucky .
