What was wrong with the garage? Just old? I'd keep some of those cinder blocks...they always come in handy.

The floor was settling in the back and it would hold water when it rained. Plus it was to small to work on any heavy equipment. Going with a 36' x 48' x 14' Garage. So I should be able to work on plenty of the projects I have lol
