Sargon strikes me as the sort of man that looks at a great conflict and does not seek victory. He engages with it only to ensure that when he loses, he can say "well I put the work in but [insert excuse here]." Even at the beginning of his campaign he said on a livestream that he had no expectation of victory, which borders on profound levels of stupidity. I'm well familiar with that kind of half-assing, as I myself have approached every career goal or business venture idea I've had with that same "I'll give it a go so I can at least say I didn't do NOTHING" attitude.
Sargon planted seeds in the shade, didn't water them, a few of them briefly sprouted then died, and then he'll talk about how he once started a garden.
Looks like there was an entire stream from Jim I missed that wasn't included. Shameful. I'll probably reupload a more complete video at some point in the future. I do my best to include everything but there's so many streams and videos over the years that some just slip by when looking through the archives.

Yeah it was a very fun ride, a unregulated time of the internet, from funny videos to gamergate to clownworld to whatever we have now. And as opposed to the dark web what we had was innocent, all we wanted was good video games and decent video game journalism, and this is what happened.

This is one of Jim's more interesting arc's, although I prefer the Baked Alaska and Ethan Ralph ones just cause the villain needs a total downfall. Sargon was the perfect villain, arrogant and delusional. Thought he was more important then he really is. The fact his downfall happened on nationwide scale was best ending to a arc you could ever have.
Sargon reminds me of Saileri from Amadeus or Strauss from Oppenheimer, he wanted the respect and praise of Jim and his hero Jim just outright called him out for what he was "just a CZcamsr, nothing more nothing less". It stung his ego, and all he wanted then was to destroy the more successful and respected Jim. But he could never get one over on Jim, and Jim knew his game and never fell for it. It stung with Sargon, you always felt it was never about the election or having a career as a politician, it was always about proving Jim wrong.
Other stuff annoyed me during that time was Sargon wouldn't come onto streams if they didn't go by his demands. He was never a good debater if it didn't go his way and would throw a huff and log off. Or he send his lackeys like Gypsy Vee to do his biding. Or worse of all try to ruin and dox other CZcamsrs if they didn't bow down to him. Some shady behaviour.
Even though it had a perfect ending, unlike the Ralph and BA arcs. None of the villains of this arc ever had a major downfall. Kraut is now a successful Historian on CZcams, no one knows about years of his doxxing and ruining other CZcamsrs. Vee has a loyal CZcams following. Sargon has had a successful second wind as a political CZcamsr. But if you just stop at the failure of the election, it's one of Jim's perfect arcs.
Really nice for someone to compile Jim streams.
I hope you also make one about Photon. That was a really chill stream back in January of 2019 on StreamMe.
I used to really enjoy Sargon but when he started wanting to be a politician and Jim started shitting on him I just couldn't take him seriously.
We all grow up sooner or later.... The true irony of Sargons statements about Jim's community being young teenagers aged like fine wine.

I quite like Sargon now and even back before the drama but it was obvious to me that Jim was absolutely right the whole time. With the stuff Sargon was saying he would be destroyed in a serious capacity in real world politics and of course that did happen to a party I actually quite liked. Sargon went above his station and made a complete ass of himself. I don’t entirely blame him. UKIP should have stayed the hell away from Sargon but Sargon most certainly had a big hand in its downfall. Luckily he’s more grounded now with the lotus eaters podcast. That’s his appropriate station. Influencing politics from the sidelines online instead of being directly involved.

Next they become less subtle in their distain and hate of those groups. They try to exile and destroy anyone they can. And after that inevitably fails and people rebel against them, they try to make a big stand, fail and slowly fall into obscurity while trying to maintain the air of superiority. British people have given the world the most holidays celebrating being free of the British control. In a way they are uniting the peoples of the world together, against them.

I don’t believe he has, or if he did it’s a early thing. I could not imagine HBomb these days allowing any of that kind of talk happen. Also if I remember correctly HBomb was revealed to have like a huge list of banned terms for his social medias and one of them was Metokur. I think Jim’s the only real reason any of his past is known. Again I could be wrong just going off of very old Jim streams that I don’t think have been archived.
