  • Everyone loves to stay “plugged in” and as part of SMRT's ongoing efforts to enhance your travelling experience and complement your lifestyle needs, we are happy to share that commuters on two specially-equipped SMRT service 176 buses will get to enjoy WiFi-On-The-Go from today over the next few months.
Supported by M1, this is the first time the service is introduced on a public bus here. This test is part of the Heterogeneous Network (HetNet) trial conducted by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore at the Jurong Lake District.

      858 is a longer journey than 176.

You just do notice 858 has the route of 73.5 KM, which is very long, 190 direction 1 to New bridge rd is only 22.1, direction 2 back to CCK is only 21.9, add them together, its not even that long

858 has to go through several estates, streets, cities. 858 goes from woodlands throughout sembawang throughout yishun throughout tampines[[stopover]], the longest highway and the terminal, T3, T2, T1 airport, but it doesnt terminate, it continues.
