You can. You'd have to finish one program before applying for the other.

Hi. For example in Pediatrics, I have been practicing as a PEDIATRICIAN for 5 years outside UK, and prior to that I trained for that specialty in my home country (not UK also), which pathway can I apply for work?
I mean which specific non training job can I apply for UK once I am GMC registered (via PLAB)? Is it ST3 onwards? Registrar? Pediatric specialist?
I am so confused which jobs I can apply for work to UK as a Pediatrician. I do not know which keywords or job vacancies to look for. Hope anybody can help. Thank you

What exactly is considered an acceptable pattern of internship to skip FY1? I read the criteria and contacted the GMC and they said they couldnt only tell me if the internship I was doing was good enough when I applied... I intend to do a 12month internship here in Italy in my last year of uni including activities of HT, PE, lab tests, echo/ecg, cannulas/NG tube/catheter insertion etc but I'm still not sure if thats enough for me to be "accepted" to skip FY1

Can I get into training programme UK after completing MRCP Ireland ( but not training in Ireland, but as non training post)? I am interested in cardiology, but hear that if I have MRCP without uk training I get second rounded and will only be left with geriatric medicine for example. So if I need core level trading can I get in with mrcp Ireland without writing mrcpuk?

I have one question sir. So in India, after MBBS you can do MD Medicine and practice as an Internal Medicine consultant. In the UK, after MRCP or Core Training, people are saying I have to go through specialty training like cardio or neuro etc etc. Is it possible to practice in UK after completing CT or is it compulsory to pursue a ST programme?
