Rasanya tidak adil utk compare City vs Myvi kerana mana2 kereta yg dilengkapi pemanduan fingertip paddle shifters spt City , berada dlm class mereka tersendiri, sgt responsive ketika naik turun bukit berselekoh, memotong trailer dan ketika emergency brake.

Tapi honda kualiti memang teruk. Pun, city baru ada banyak kualiti issues seperti rak stereng, lapisan getah, honda cvt, minor rattling dari dashboard dan lain-lain. Pergi ke honda servis center tapi tak boleh berakhir.

japanese car are always reliable..myvi also from UMW Toyota technologies.. both cars are great..i rather choose Myvi over City hatchback becaused of the safety features and pricing.. resale value are good on the myvi too..

MYVI is real people. Honda just for dream people.
But once you buy honda, later got lots of quality issues. New city also got lots of quality issues such as steering rack, honda cvt, minor rattling from dashboard, rubber lining and others. Going to honda service center but problems cannot end. Even one of HRV owner that owned 2019 till now, yet problems cannot end and listed out 22 quality parts issues and have been going to honda service center for many times.
New Honda City Hatchback is a nice car but Myvi FL also not bad either. Financial could afford, choose Honda, but Myvi with many extra features with price below Rm60K is a right choice if budget limited.😄 Fuel consumption, S/Parts & maintenance service Myvi FL is better in the long run.

Already owned myvi fl av. Totally superb with the features given. Honda not bad either. It depend to the owner at last. Some will loyal to brand and some will go for the features. I choose features even had owned city before this hehe. Plus, the handling for new myvi quite good even there really bad review about perodua’s handling be4 this

saya pakai myvi 12 tahun masih ok, enjin pun masih mantap, ok la, kalau honda mmg kena spare banyak wang la masa servis kat pusat servis dia. Tapi macam mana pun ikut bajet masing2 la, kalau dah mampu apa salahnya pilih keta yang ada jenama kan.

Anyone got experience with either of these for long distance travel? I'm in the process of making the choice. The Myvi is attractive for price/features but not sure of comfort for long distance highway driving. Honda might be better?
I've tried myvi for 1000+ kms. of highways, there's nothing you can expect more from any other vehicle.
myvi not suitable for long distance. NVH too bad, seat too short and handling not that good.

I have already experienced driving my HRV 2019 till now, but lots of quality issues such as steering rack, power window and honda cvt. But problems cannot end.
Worst still, even one of HRV owner that owned in the same year as mine also listed out 22 parts such as rattle noises, wind noises and others without getting rid of problems.
Few of City owners that just owned few weeks ago already complained about broken quality parts.
Also, two buyers in showroom planning to buy Civic FE, also found that there are loose parts for rear aircond and car body quality more like plastic.

Paling teruk, pun ada satu HRV owner yang memiliki tahun yang sama dengan saya tapi memang teruk daripada HRV 2019 saya. Dia listed 22 kualiti part issues seperti wind noises, rattle noises dan lain-lain. Lagi, ada beberapa owners yang memiliki City baru pandu sejak beberapa minggu lalu, sudah komplen tentang rosak parts
