You can, but it resets a combo.
Try 11 Trance instead.

you should try to beggin with a DB 4 (EX) works without the normal version of the move aswell but you sometimes get a health boost...
Yes, but I rarely use the DB4 in a match because I think it's an easy punish for your opponent. Although, it does have it's benefits.
