@@justtoolit6051 you lack critical thinking skills. Orochimaru pretty much has taken over Sasuke's depleted chakra body, but as you mentioned, Itachi ceased him from going further. Doesn't take away the fact Rob correctly or at least was close to predicting Orochimaru coming back in order to take control of Sasuke's bod.

@@quentinjones6877 he can do it but it takes up actual chakra like when he uses lightning style moves out of thin air, this was one way of doing it by using lighting that was already there and just redirecting it without using up too much chakra. Well that's how I remember it

@@kmgyening not that im aware of, just speculation (never read the manga) since he used it again during his fight with Naruto and was going to use it on team 7. But I'm not sure if that part is considered canon or not since I only watched anime. Should have mentioned that sorry. Edit: I just remembered there was lightning during his fight with Naruto. But he made the same arm movement like when he used it on itachi, and as far as I know there aren't any other moves where he does that. Hence the speculation.
It's almost like Rob forgot Sasuke bodied Yamato with one hit.

And knowing they were in Orochimaru's person main camp - I feel we can only expect a person of his caliber to take it seriously. So it really goes to show Sasukes development. And Sasuke is far from my favourite character haha.

God This is one of things I love most about This show and it's writer.nIts all apart of Japanese culture.
So Tsukyomi and Amaterasu are the names of two Japanese Gods.
Tsukyomi being the God of the moon, which is kinda itonic seeing as how using Tsukyomi can cause eternal darkness for Itachi. Amaterasu is the Goddess of the Sun.
Now as for why the flame are black. That's because Amaterasu was once kidnapped by A Giant 8 headed Snake known as YamatoNoOrochi.(aka oroçhimaru)
Which lead Amaterasu's brother and other God Susanoo (the red thing that Itachi made, aka he with the power to achieve all things and God of storms) But while Amaterasu was kidnapped the sky was completely blacked out, hence the black flames.
And finally During the battle between Susanoo and YamatoNoOrochi, Susanoo used 3 sacred weapons to win. Two we seen are used here one being called the Yata Mirror (the shield that Itachi uses) which can reflect and deflect anything that comes its way. And the other being the True Totsuka Blade a sword so strong it can Kill and Seal anything.
Also during the fight a minor version of the Totsuka blade emerges from YamatoNoOrochi just like it does in this fight.
I know that was a shit ton to read if you read it.

It amazes me how sasuke was going head to head in a shuriken dual with so much precision and yet itachi was doing the same but partly blind. That shows his skillset and experience in battle.
