@@razorback6098 It would since the shocks are taller, but it won't increase it by much. You will need to raise the front forks as well. The scout is not a bike with a great lean angle and it never will be without a massive suspension overhaul.

Looks so much like my old 110hp 1173cc Victory Octane stage 1, it could pull 6th more easily as gearing was lower and torque higher. More rear suspension travel. It ran on a 18 and 17 wheel combo, I popped the Victory performance piggy backs on and chopped the pegs for more lean. Hooligan bike. They carried the optional tach from the Octane as an option for the Rogue. I tried the Octane without the baffles and was insane, like a drag bike. Resorted to just taking out the glass packs for more sound. Maybe try and test an Octane if you can find one Rob?

Was glad to see Polaris bring back the Indian, but sad to see them shut down Victory production. Love the matte black Indian Rogue, but really not a fan of the dated faring that makes it look like a 1970's Triumph. Sorry, but all of the "new style" cruisers, including some Harley's, look as if the brief the factories were given from "above", is to save dollars where possible. The Indian Scouts, especially, in what seems to be a leftover from Victory (there's a misnomer if there ever was one) manufacturing, is an overuse of plastic. And I think there's probably a reason you don't see many on the road. There's also a reason why, ever since the Japanese "big 4" decided to try to take Harley Davidson on by producing copies (it's great, if you look at it from 50 feet away, and sort of squint a bit, and use your imagination a lot, it kind of almost looks like a real Harley), that every cruiser style motorcycle since, is compared to Harley Davidson. Copies are just that. Copies, and even though I'm not a huge fan of the inevitable direction Harley had to take to survive in the ever increasing madness that is emissions standards, the fact that they're way over priced, and the latest "Big Twins" are way underpowered in relation to engine size, even despite all of these criticisms of mine, I would still choose a Harley Davidson over any one of these "pretenders to the crown". Why? Once you've owned one, and it could possibly be because my first Harley was Evo powered, the brilliant engine that saved the MoCo's arse, as primitive as it was, it could be because of the amount of good times I had on it, there's just nothing quite like a Harley Davidson.

@@aunoates6617I am complaining now. Yes. Not sure what it has to do with you tbh. I’m trying to be constructive. The lines show all over the dashes. The paint work and everything moderately reflective. Looking at the bikes is often like directly looking at his ceiling In the studio. How is that awesome?
It’s great you love the ‘effect’ but I’m here to look at the bikes Not to see bright LED strip lights in the bodywork. This lighting could be fixed by putting a heat resistant diffuser over it to soften the lighting. Would take a few hours.
Last time someone else posted and said they unsubbed because of the Lighting and I defended motobob saying I’m sure he will sort it. Maybe you missed that post. Kawasaki z650rs.
I’ve been here years since this guy started and supported him by watching all his videos I would expect that by now he would he wanting to hear feedback from people loyal to his channel. I’m not here to just say ‘everything is awesome’ when it clearly isn’t.
There are soft diffused lights exactly to eliminate this problem which are built specifically for these jobs. Which is what he should have bought to do it properly ! If he is short of money I’ll send him some to get proper lighting in the studio. It’s ruining some fantastic videography. If I didn’t care I wouldn’t waste my time typing this out.
But I’ll go back to lurking in the background and hopefully motobob can see the real long term fans who have helped his channel grow behind the ‘fawning’ people throwing superlatives at everything.

@@theonlyredspecial Fair comment. It is nothing to do with me and it clearly bothers you but I think he got the message some time ago and it must be very disheartening for Rob to keep reading the same negative comments, repeatedly, over both channels.

@@aunoates6617 I posted once about it 4 videos ago and am genuinely finding it distracting which is why I posted again tonight as I couldn’t finish this video or two or three others.
I’m not trying to offend, annoy or cause rob any pain. It really is affecting my enjoyment of this channel and my ocd won’t let it go. But you are right I am best dropping it.
Apologies if I offended you or rob or anyone else. This is one of the few channels on CZcams I use as a resource. Best of luck in the future.

Great vlog but on a bike that only posers would buy. I’ll give it a 👎🏻 on a personal preference but appreciate that it will probably go down well in the States
