The victims reporting this after he went to jail makes plenty of sense that they were scared to speak up prior to. Him being in jail made them feel safer that he couldn’t get to them. This is insane and sick and worse that one is most likely his daughter.

It’s no weekend or night differential with jail calls. His Monday free calls are only 5 mins
He’d stopped calling on the Nesto account for a long time. The free calls are 5 minutes once a week - I gave a rough estimate it’s based on a exact number. It’s in the ballpark it’s been 16+ months of 30 minutes calls at $8 +/- it adds up
