My question is: exactly what does Nesto think IS can do for him??? Has she sold him a false hope, like she got pull in the legal system or something? I believe he was clearly doing buy here pay here with some of those chargers. Because remember the last charger that he let her drive it was repossessed by a legitimate little mom and pop car dealership. So I believe he probably paid on it for a couple of months and then he stopped paying on it it.
