I remember getting into a discussion with a paranoid lady who got all her vaccinations and was saying that I, as an unvaccinated person, was putting everyone's life at risk. So I asked her that by being vaccinated, did that mean that she couldn't get COVID? She replied that she could still get it. Then I asked her that by being vaccinated, did that mean that she couldn't spread COVID? She replied that she could still spread it. I then asked her why she got vaccinated if it meant that she could still get and spread the virus. She replied that by being vaccinated, if she got the virus, her symptoms would be less severe than someone who was not vaccinated... So then I told her that if I got COVID as an unvaccinated person, I'm going to stay home because I will feel really ill. She, on the other hand, if she got the virus as a vaccinated person would feel fine and therefore go out and about doing her normal activities. So, I asked her, WHO is more likely to spread the virus and be putting everyone's life at risk, the vaccinated person coming in contact with others while they are out and about or the unvaccinated person who stays home because they feel ill? Logic does not work well for those who simply repeat the talking points that they have been brainwashed into repeating.

We knew the first Lancet published mortality rates were off by a factor of 10 or more. We knew this wasn't a significant danger to young people of working age. There was no need to 'shut down the economy'. These things were publicly known before the measures went into place. We knew the virus is 10X times smaller than what a properly fitted N95 can filter out meaning it was all bogus. This wasn't a good guess or conspiracy theory confirmed, this was peer reviewed science studies

I didn't trust the bullshit from the VERY BEGINNING.
Particularly being in the healthcare industry for 26+ years, it was far too nonsensical.
It REALLY told me MORE when they went with browbeating, shaming, and bribing that pushed me away further each time.
From "Get it for YOUR own good." To "Get it for everyone ELSE'S health." To "Get it because it ONLY WORKS if EVERYONE gets it.",
Then the shaming entered the conversation with: "You're a grandma killer if you don't get it." "You're a threat." Followed by all the harassment bullshit, and then the bribing with food and contests if you showed proof of vaccination.
Couple that with the people having early onset vax injuries and reactions, then the coroners and funeral homes discovery of the fiberous blockages.
All the while the MISHANDLING of those infected was a big issue as well, and the hassle of anyone looking to use Ivermectin or Hydrochloroquine or other viral meds as a method of recovery.
That had a cumulative effect in my decision NOT to get it.
