Fix Camera Black Screen on Windows 10

My own trouble shoot
Step 1: try turning on and off camera icon found on keyboard
Step 2: Hard Restart of laptop
Step 3: go to computer setting and check privacy and ensure camera is allowed access
Step 4: go to setting and then the camera subcategory and make changes as needed.
Step 5: Rinse and repeat until error is corrected

Tried everything and didn't fix.
Just by luck found an icon in the camera app R upper corner with the black Screen "change camera" and it was fixed!
