back in the 90's we showed up just before closing. These ladys were the bomb. They did the whole birth and adoption for our daughter literally 15 minutes before closing.

I have an original soft-headed Cabbage Patch child, but never got to visit the birthplace until I became an adult. Such a cool place and so glad they moved into a lot larger location. Love your new baby💕
This is totally on my bucket list of places to go. I love Cabbage Patch Kids and have a nice collection of them. This is the promised land for CPK fans. It sounds like you really enjoyed yourself, and congrats on the new baby.❤️

I went there as a kid! I totally forgot about that place until I randomly came across the video!
So lucky. It was my dream to go there as a kid. I had over 100 babies. I still have 50 in storage.

I haven't been to the present "hospital" but went to the first hospital. It was an actual old clinic/hospital. Nice visit.
I have an original all cloth baby from the early eighties.
Have you ever stopped by the nearby town of Helen? Unicoi State park is just north of Helen. They have a nice restaurant ar Unicoi Lodge. Helen also has several steak houses and German restaurants.

I noticed Lynda Carter, Andy Garcia, Robin Williams, Jaime Lee Curtis and Gilda Radner in the autograph hall. Aimee had one but I think it was a vinyl head. In my old neighbor we had the weed kids dolls all automatically addicted to the hard “imaginilin” stuff.
There were so many autographs to look through and I was easily distracted and probably could have spent an hour just looking through them all. I think the weed kids may have been popular in more than a few areas in old school NYC.
I have a picture of my sister and I in the original building (this was in the early 90s) standing next to that cow! I guess it used to be a photo-op, then Bessie was moved behind the cabbage. Great video! Thanks for sharing!
It’s been many years since we visited the Cabbage Patch hospital and it hasn’t changed. Lots to look at and to learn about. Congrats on witnessing a birth and for the new addition to your family.
You were just a few miles away from the Bavarian themed town of Helen. You could have done a really nice walking tour and maybe stopped in to Charlemagne's Kingdom and seen the huge model train display. Then you could have gone just a few miles out of town and seen Anna Ruby Falls. Would have made a nice half day trip. It's my favorite area in the Georgia mountains. Maybe put it on your list for next time.
Kyle, I used to live in Cleveland GA. Right south of Cleveland off 129. I saw you pass right by it. I used to go to Babyland a lot too because that and a little zoo is really all there is up there. So cool to see you in my old stomping grounds. Hope you had a good time.
That's so cool! I wish I had more time to explore the area around there. I basically woke up early and instead of driving home, I added an extra hour by going further up to Cleveland, which resulted in what felt like the longest drive home. I was glad that I was finally able to check it out after being vetoed when Mary comes along to visit the fam. LOL

I used to dream and wish for one for the longest time since I was a kid and to this day I know it's kind of cheesy but I don't give a care I know it's a toy, but to me it's a childhood memories . I still want one and it's so cute.gard to find . I love it that the cabbage patch came out the year I was born. Woohoo. 💗💗💗♥️♥️

A mix of vanilla, baby powder and plastic.

I don't know what doll/toy sales are these days b/c of the influx of electronics, but these seem to still be going strong.
