Roasted Edamame Recipe

    Roasted Edamame Snack
    ingredients:
    10 oz frozen shelled EDAMAME (green soybeans)
    1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
    1 tsp GARLIC POWDER
    SALT and PEPPER to taste
    ¼ cup shredded PARMESAN CHEESE
    directions:
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
    Mix frozen edamame beans, oil, seasonings, and cheese together in a large bowl.
    Spread mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet.
    Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes and then remove from oven and stir. Spread edamame out again and cook another 8-10 minutes,
    until the cheese is crispy and golden.
    Add additional salt or garlic powder if desired.
    Eat as a quick snack or use as a topping for salads and whatnot.
    Enjoy!

    My Grandpa used to make these all the time but he would use like a Cesar salad mix. I love edamame!

    Don't you have Ajax powder to wash those rings around the burners on the stove??????? SO DISCUSTING!!!!!
    Also, that sheet pan is discusting, all rusted. You don't have money to replace it for a new one?, or you prefer to embaras yourself is better.?
