My favorite thing about ang pilipinas is that everyone is very respectful, I have yet to see anyone causing trouble even in the cities.
People don't like to be filmed going about their business,( unless they're kids or they think ur promoting their business)but because its a foreigner and prolly has money they don't want to start anything..

Luym building (25:15) was the first high-rise (real skycraper) in Cebu and with a "revolving restaurant (the first in Asia).. it was very famous decades ago and my grandmother favorite 'a place to go' when she was young 🤭
What a vibrant and friendly place. USA doesn't have places like this. If I can ever get my United States passport, I am coming to visit Philippines. USA is so bad now we can't even get passports. It takes months and months.

Why are there so many more people in old downtown than IT Park and Cebu Business Park combined? Are there a lot of business to work there? I know there are a lot of colleges there, but it still doesn't explain all the people that are there walking around.

Accessible sa masa jud ng downtown eversince. Katong uptown area mejo tuyuon na kaayo didto. And halos mga jeep muagi jud diha dapita.
It's bcuz the old downtown is a public while IT park is mostly private sectors with limited jobs and employment
Old downtown has also many affordable prizes
Shopping and street foods, that's what Cebuanos do when they go to colon besides going to church or school or workk 😂

For me its okay, importanti they keep the area clean then its good, what's wrong about it. We can buy snacks to them at a cheaper price soo yeah.

In the very end i saw an old idiot riding motorbike with the poor little white dog barley hanging on the back of the bike. That was so cruel and unfair to the litte poor dog. Does philipine has any animals right grouos.. Poor little dog its extremly unsafe.
