Being a Dad to a 22 year old son I understand this completely. There's a greater love than then the love of your own life.
When he says “please” it has a perfect amount of desperation and genuine plead for him to not have to make the choice he’s going to have to make in a second.
Tommy Lee Jones is one of the grays for a reason
Please he said, he wasn't gonna beg him to walk away, he gave him an Ultimatum. Dude chose poorly without thinking lol.
That "please" reminds me of Boc
He was begging the man to save his own life.
The please was a cry out for them not his son 😊
He asked humbly, gave him a chance, then said please, then he showed him. I understand that feeling as a father to protect your children.
It's real
the younger guy has the same attitude as all the rest of the younger generation have today! All think they are inivisable, superbad! and knows everything! Is this a new movie?

Yea people say that deep shit then routinely put their own needs over their kids. I got high a few times with people talking that shit, you know how coke makes you talk - but words are so cheap. It's very easy to say you devote your life to someone or something. How many people cheat on their marriage? Like a quarter of em? Words don't matter, only action.
Look how many people have said to me. "If someone did something to my son/daughter/gf/etc I wouldn't be able to live with it, I'd kill them!"
And yet nobody ever does vigilante killings. Which is a good thing tbh, but it calls BS on it af
