Today I had to go to the doctor... I was eating so little calories and my parents were starting to get worried, so I got the courage to tell them about my eating disorder. I got my labs drawn so they should be shown in about 2 days, but today I am just not feeling good what so ever. I ate the most calories I ever have had in about 3 months, and I feel happy but guilty. This video came in at a perfect time, so it cheered me up. Thank you Linda! ❤(Update: I am feeling so much stronger, happier, and healthier. I do have a very long way to go still, challenging many fear foods and dealing with the guilt of working out less. My nutritionist has given me a plan that is helping me so much. When I do meet a challenge, I always come back to the supportive comments to motivate me. I want to thank you all for leaving such nice messages, thank you!)
Don't feel guilty for nourishing your body! I hope you start to feel better I know recovering from an eating disorder can be really hard

Chase that feeling of happiness. No matter what that disordered part of your mind tells you, try to do the opposite and fight back. I know it might be extremely difficult and maybe a little scary but you’ve got this.
So insanely happy you got to meet Lilly! She's literally one of the only people I trust when it comes to workouts! (Her ab workouts are INSANE and really gave me results!)

I am gonna absolutely love this new series! I love how you used "Grow up diaries" in stead of "Glow up diaries", which may have not been your intention, but I think this new diaries will bring lots of motivation and inspiration.
I'm currently questioning whether or not to take a year off and I'm a Senior in college but I'm finally learning that it's important to stand up for what you need in order to be happy. I was no longer happy at the school I was at and I knew I needed a change. I was doing what everyone else wanted me to do. Not what I wanted to do. I've been wanting to travel on my own for as long as I can remember. I feel like this is my sign to travel to a city alone for the first time this summer. ❤️

I remember last year telling myself my goal for the year 2021 was to free myself from my eating disorder, it was completely controlling my life and I viewed all food as calories I was absolutely miserable. Watching your videos helped me deal with my internal struggles, and as of 2022 I feel completely free from the hold food has over me and I’ve never been happier ❤️Thank you Linda you truly are such an inspiration
