- technically an 8-4 since i’m on central time BUT i’m officially a full-time working gal again! working from home full-time is definitely going to be an adjustment, but i’m trying to find ways to maintain a balance of being productive and having boundaries. excited to figure this out together! hope you enjoy this 9-5 work week in my life vlog 💻

some of my tips for waking up early and feeling alive: put your phone in a separate room and get an analog alarm clock w/ a gentle alarm! also if you’re able to get in some physical activity before work, that always helps me feel brighter :))
@@anntokki this is such an important thing we have in common 😂 and ok i need to try not having my phone by me so i don’t reach for it first thing. i have a sunrise alarm clock that i need to actually use lol ty for the tips!!
Hi Giana!! Where did you get your glasses from if you don't mind sharing? Every video of yours I always marvel at how cute they are so I just have to ask 😊 Also I know you mentioned dealing with TMJ in your previous videos. I suffer from it too and what's helped me the most was getting a TheraFace massager. That thing is amazing, I rarely have relapses now.

@@GianaChen Thank you, off to search! That's the exact reason why I bit the bullet and got the TheraFace, I was sooo sick of spending money on constant massages that provided temporary relief. It's definitely alot of bang for your buck. Hope you find some relief!
