The first time I watched Tim Burton's Corpse Bride was an airplane around this time last year. I'm such a big fan of the animation style, sense of atmosphere, simple storyline, and charming characters (the Black Widow and maggot are my my favourites of course). And the film uses music in its world so well too! “The Piano Duet” is a short, dynamic piece that combines Victor and Emily's themes, propels the story forward, and achieves an impressive tone shift in just a couple minutes.
