Upon closer inspection of other marches, the uniforms arent entirely historically accurate. The rifles they wield should either be the Remington Rolling Block OR the Spanish M93. The uniforms are just a solid tint of a grayish color, and the hats had a much, much wider brim.

I think some higher ranking soldiers had a velvet lining around their brim, while others just had a vanilla lining.

How is it that the Philippines, a vital United States ally in so many strategic ways and still remains a vital strategic link in the defensive arc of southeast Asia is not one of the 39 countries listed in the United States visa waiver program? While Chinese citizens can visit U.S. territory like Guam (which is one of seven US territories) without a visa?!?! But yet Filipino’s are required to obtain a visa just to visit the United States! The Philippines fought next to us during the Korean War. The Philippines was lvital strategic partner during the Vietnam war. It’s past time for us to add the Philippines to the United States visa waiver program!!

It depends on how basing the military tradition. Philippines's military tradition today is from the American one (which I don't like) and I would rather go with a French and Prussian military tradition (what makes the Japanese marches like). I don't think we could go like the Russian or Chinese one, but we should do something similar to the video, kinda simple march but with loads of soldiers, very numerous formations, similar to the French style. This march is already good enough, the only true thing to change are those horrendous American style uniforms and adopt a French one (you know, fourrageres, epaulettes, shako etc.) and the re-adoptation of a cavalry unit, when I mena cavalry is with horses. Then the music, same thing, derivation from the French and Prussian military tradition. Philippines doesn't have the eeconomical capabilites to have a very large army, so we sjpuld do the same as East Germany did, making those few thousands in a very capable and well trained force.
