One thing I think is worth mention is that the Beguir-Beu and the Michaelis share many similarities design-wise. So they might be made by the same corporation.
Lffrith and BBeu has appeared in the Prologue episode...Lffrith is the prototype (sorta) to Aerial, and is piloted by the MC's mother (with the MC as the "key" to operate it)...BBeau is piloted by the antagonist in that Prologue

The Michaelis is actually not Gyoubu but Ebikawa, who did Exia’s design
Kanetake Ebikawa and Kenji Teraoka are mainly known for the mecha designs from Gundam 00 and its spinoffs. Takayuki Yanase is also a relative veteran to Gundam, with design credits mainly from 00 as well but also Build Divers. Between the three of them, they're representative of the fairly modern 2000s Gundam aesthetic, despite working on the odd Gundam X manga.
On the mecha designer front, Kanetake Ebikawa, Takayuki Yanase, and Kenji Teraoka are all long-time Gundam mecha designers who's worked for a lot of Gundams over the years. For this series, Ebikawa designed the Michaelis and the Beguir-Beu. The notable new additions to the mecha designer pool is JNTHED who designed the Gundam Aerial and Gundam Lfrith, and Wataru Inata who previously worked with the PS3 game Armored Core: For Answer, and who designed the Gundam Pharact for this series.
The only other notable name I know from the top of my head is the music composer Takashi Ohmama, who composed the music for Twilight Axis.
Also note that Bandai will be holding their Hobby Next Phase Summer event this June 21st and 22nd, and they'll be showing Witch from Mercury products in there according to their banner.

Plus, the Gundam Pharact reminds me of Unseel's Red Cap NEXT in Armored Core 4.

Michaelis is the best design for me. Would love to make customs of it that incorporate elements from other series.
I'm getting RMSN-008 Vertigo/Bertigo vibes from the Michaelis, probably due to the color scheme. If the Vertigo/Bertigo was smooshed together with the close-combat leanings of the Gyan, the Michaelis is the likely result.
It'll be interesting to see how this series turns out
Is there any giant Gundam that's like a space aircraft carrier that can carry gundams but also transform and kick butt? Awesome video!
*Psycho Gundam* & *Destroy Gundam* are definitely in the category of giant mobile fortress that can transform. Look them up. But they don't really carry Mobile Suits though. That would be ripping off *Macross* too much (which some Transformers cartoon did).
Wow seeing it next to the rest of the MS lineup, Aerial is really sleek and small looking. It's the shoulders I think.

The script writer for the show is apparently the same guy who gave us Code Geass and Princess Principal so there's that. Can't say much about either the director or the composer though. Neither seem to have anything really notable to their name. The director especially seems to have never done a full series before, just single episodes.
He handled both the script and series composition for PP. The structure for that show is extremely confusing despite the good plot. Fortunately, he’s made many scripts for several other good shows since Code Geass. Hopefully he’ll be channeling his Turn A energy instead of letting a terrible Director like Taniguchi string him along on such a disastrous plotting misadventure.
Ah, I updated that he also wrote most of the script for PP. Good on him. This is what happens when you don’t become obsessed with over glorifying an unlikable narcissist of a character we are never supposed to question if he is right despite the theme wanting us to do so. I prefer to pin the blame for CG on Taniguchi since the Director decides a lot of what goes into the final script and the overall tone and individual character interactions.

Come to think of it, Seeing that Suletta is the first female protagonist in this franchise was a 1st in my book. But my question is What is Elen Ceres and Suletta encounter love at first sight in the series?
This is GUNDAM! It’s obvious that Elan is gonna die horribly to either save Suletta or be killed by Suletta…or by someone else.
Excuse me, but that’s my whole point. I was asking a what if moment, in other words I was speculating. That’s all.

i've liked how the aerial looks since day one, the style had a blend of UC with something else. it intrigued me..... the rest of these suits are clearly all fairly different while in that different style. the story back drop is sounding worse and worse just by seeing the characters, they don't look like students at an academy... they look like over stylized unique characters belonging in some war/faction video game...... that is not making me feel good about what the worlds rules will mean.

The writer of Witch from Mercury is the same writer of Code Geass, Valvrave & Kabaneri, for better or worse.

Ookouchi is in/famous for Code Geass, being one of the original creators and the co-writer beneath the Director and head writer Taniguchi. I would have major concerns if he hadn’t been able to pick his career up and help create some truly good shows in recent years and not get involved in the slightest with the new content for Code Geass. (The new show is being written by a veritable nobody. That shows you how little Sunrise really cares about Code Geass.) Taniguchi, on the other hand, seems intent on seeing how much worse of a show he can direct with each project and has had consistent failure after failure. It’s almost as if you should learn from your mistakes and not use your influence as a Director to ignore valid criticism and actively mock the audience with certain dialogue choices and plot points.
Here’s hoping Ookouchi can show why Turn A is such a beloved series once again. THAT is the legacy he should be pursuing.
I’m calling it the main pilot is lesbian or bi which I’m ok with as long as they don’t try and push identity politics or else I’m worried for Gundam which Will mean that this series itself is doomed.
