So far the precooked potato is the best it has resistant starch and I'm sure frozen chips saved my life when I was a child
The highest in resistant starch is plantain chips per 100grams it has 70grams resistant starch

there's a store called "farm boy" that's similar to trader joes! more organic foods but still nothing like TJ. i went to LA a few years ago and brought back the cookie butter LOL
