You can't assume they're spoiled or ungrateful... she seems really excited and appreciative of her new car. You don't know her famiy's life or what they did to give her a nice car. You don't know that she doesn't work for anything or what she does for her things. No need to assume or pass judgment, I'm sure she deserves it and appreciates it just like anyone else would.
Im 16 and i drive a minivan... Yup A 14 year old honda odyssey with 157,000+ miles on it, dents everywhere, the interior reeks of coffee, the AC is broken (im in south carolina, its hot), and the back sliding door doesnt open Thats probably her first car... LIFE ISN'T FAIR!!!!!
You think that bottom of the line, Plain Jane Mustang is a V8? Lol! Not even close, I'm afraid. That's the V6 version that doesn't even have power seats, for crying out loud. It probably cost 20-25 grand tops, and that's only if it were brand spanking new.
To the rest: I live in Germany and have lived in the US, so I get both sides. What is considered Eurospec in the US means Asian cars in Europe, thats where theyre built and their fame comes from. A V8 will definitely outlast any 4cyl. asian car when it comes to solid power, whereas the Nippon racers get a better hp/cui ratio. The high mileage on the mentioned nissans is given because their engines are usually 1.6l-2.2l and remain stock, whereas the only thing left on a rustang may be the V8 :-)
jealousy.Well maybe you will work hard in life so u could buy your children one of these. Don't be haters. If you had a lot of money, you would want all the best for your kids, just like these people. And if make enough money in the future ,i will provide my kids with the best education, gadgets, cars. Because that is what life is all about.Working hard so that one day you could for example be proud that you can give yourself the pleasure to give a smile on your daughters face with a gift like this.
You do the math. When a tractor trailer is coming down at 70 mph, and you're coming off an entrance ramp at 15 or 20, you have to go 50 mph faster in the span of a few seconds. Casually tapping the accelerator isn't gonna do anything for that.
Love this video. This kid gets a regular car, and looks so humbled and deserving and happy. Great lasting memory! Compare this to other videos where people (mostly asian immigrants) gift lambos/ferraris/porsche to their kids and showe it in everyone's face by posting on youtube.
Depending on my kids maturity level would dictate what type of car I would buy them. Of course I wouldn't tell them that so they don't kiss up lol I look forward to the day surprising them, capturing it all in HD glory and then seeing their reaction when I tell'em "I heard so and so is hiring, better go fill out an application!" lol Oh and awesome first car! But I'm biased because Mustangs are my favorite and at 23 years old I'm blessed to be able to afford my dream car - 2012 Mustang GT.
my first car was a 1991 mazda mpv minivan with 2 12's alpine type-s woofers with a 1,500watt amp...no one knew it was me blasting music in a old minivan
My car was basically a steal as well, considering how much I profited from it when I sold it. What you're not really understanding is that car markets are COMPLETELY different here In New Zealand. A $600 car that works and that's known for bulletproof reliability doesn't come across often over here.
I know right! It was totally the girl's decision for her parents to surprise her with a birthday present! The little brat had complete control over what her parents got her.
Thats it? This is why having a daughter is a bad thing. They expect the world at their feet, and when they get a car they have this type of reaction "...that my car? oh neat.." A boy appreciates what he has, you buy him this and he'll be hopping in the air givin the old man a hell of a hug.
its fucking ridiculous when people say "its only a v6" yeah its a v6 with a 4 liter engine. its still faster then most of every car you see when your daily driving. keep hating if you can beat my mustang i can assure you you won't beat my 2g supra. this mustang still great car
I bought the same car when i was 16 (17 now). It is an 05 mustang. I paid for it completely by myself. It really pisses me off when people get cars like this by not doing shit
I remember when my mom bought me a Mustang just like yours for my Birthday.....The only twist is that i have to pay for the insurance and bills, all my mom did was put a down payment on it. :/
IcyThaneProductions well, they're a hole lot more powerful than what we can have as a first car, here in england you have to have a piece of shit Peugeot 106 / Nissan micra from the 19th century to be able to pay for the insurance
I know right.... Little girls who can't drive don't deserve nice cars like this. And then when something breaks on the car they go to their daddy and he'll fix it right up.
If I got that for my birthday I would be like "why the hell did you give me a Rustang. RWD piece of shit. ughh. Where is the Subaru that I asked for?!"
Hey yall, I think this chat overheated a little... after all its a video on some girl getting a rustang and lets be honest, she wont make too much use of the power offered other than backing up really fast:-)
Im not sure about the states, but I'm 17 and in Canada, I drive a normal car (98 VW passat) and without collision insurance, I pay about 1800$ a year. It's 3600 with it.
I dont have to work to get a cr, but my first car is going to be a piece of crap and Im fine with that. Thats the only car my parents are going to give me but I feel even greatful for that, reading all these youtube comments makes me feel spoiled :o.
my first car was a 92 civic... i bougt it for 500$ then told my parents to pick it up and surprise me with it... yeh my life sucks. that was when i was 16.
Well actually if you had ever driven in America, especially where I live in Long Island, NY, you would know that one needs that much horsepower just to survive. People drive like maniacs here, and I'm glad I've always had a good old American V8 under my right foot to get me out of trouble when I need to. Oh, and by the way, none of our three cars are anywhere near 6000 pounds...except maybe my truck, which weighs 5300 lbs. and has 240 HP and 295 ft.-lbs. of torque.
I wouldn't give my kids a car. I don't want them to think you can go through life by handouts and being given things on a silver platter. I'd tell her " want a car? Work nd buy it yourself. See what it's like to earn a dollar."
@JamakianSoulja TY, she's a classic. plus, better milage then that mustang and it actually does 130 without being limited like most american cars. not to mention is alot more classy. mustang = plastic parts and plastic interior. my old mercedes = leather. so ty for the compliment on my mint condition mercedes =)
@SteezyJerksEnt They are spoiled. I work and saved up and bought my own car. I am very grateful when I got a pair of oakley's for my birthday because I really wanted them. I say be grateful for what you have not what you can have.
Lucky girl. Get new mustang for me means to completly save my wage for 4 years and don´t spend a cent for food or anything. And im college educated and got quite good job. But one day i will buy one.
TBH I wouldn't even consider a '67 mustang. Insurance would be fine especially since it's an older car, but your in Florida. The '67 mustangs didn't come with air conditioning. You'll be sweating like hell. Don't get me wrong hear, i'm a HUGE mustang fan. Also, a classic like that is only good on the weekends. As an everyday car, it's complete $h1t. No power steering, no power brakes, gas mileage is crap (like 13 city, 17 highway), and if it's a stick, it's going to have a hell of a heavy clutch
If you have less, or have gotten less then she will most likely be spoiled to you, but to her she might think that people with audis, mercedes, bmws and other luxury brand cars are spoiled.
ooooh maaan thats a one beautiful car !! love mustangs. btw - it seems like father bought the car with hopes shes not gonna use it verry often. if u get my point :D... yeah beautiul one !
My folks bought my first car and I'll be forever grateful for that, and everything they have ever done for me. I maintain it myself.
so u got mustang for 17-19 birthday cute realy cure
and im here siting on my 1990 grandpas bike.....
***** At least you know it'll never leave you stranded in the middle of the highway.
suddenly tier go "pufff*******"
Everyone isn't going to break down in tears. People tend to forget that everyone shows emotion differently
You can't assume they're spoiled or ungrateful... she seems really excited and appreciative of her new car. You don't know her famiy's life or what they did to give her a nice car. LIFE ISN'T FAIR!!!!!
My first car was a 1983 Buick regal with a 305 dual exaust. I loved that car.
I love her expression "Whose car is that???, No, I mean, whose car is that?", lol¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
She doesn't deserve a Mustang. she deserve a Sonata or a Camry not a V8 !
lol thats a 6 banger!
You think that bottom of the line, Plain Jane Mustang is a V8? Lol! Not even close, I'm afraid. That's the V6 version that doesn't even have power seats, for crying out loud. It probably cost 20-25 grand tops, and that's only if it were brand spanking new.

New York, huh? such a beautiful place :) love the car! Congrats! :)
You do the math. When a tractor trailer is coming down at 70 mph, and you're coming off an entrance ramp at 15 or 20, you have to go 50 mph faster in the span of a few seconds. Casually tapping the accelerator isn't gonna do anything for that.
The dog loves it as much as she does
THE DOG AT 00:38 WAS LIKE YAY A NEW CAR TO PISS ON!!!
Love this video. This kid gets a regular car, and looks so humbled and deserving and happy. Great lasting memory! Compare this to other videos where people (mostly asian immigrants) gift lambos/ferraris/porsche to their kids and showe it in everyone's face by posting on youtube.
Even the dogs sniffing around the car like damn. lol
Depending on my kids maturity level would dictate what type of car I would buy them. Of course I wouldn't tell them that so they don't kiss up lol I look forward to the day surprising them, capturing it all in HD glory and then seeing their reaction when I tell'em "I heard so and so is hiring, better go fill out an application!" lol

I got one for my birthday... Gran turisomo best present ever!!!
Most people who are hating are just bitter about not getting a car, I am to but doesnt mean we should hate on her.
Lol, i just turned 16 and I got an 86 dodge power ram with a 6 inch lift and 45 inch tires lol y'all complaining enjoy your first car guys
LoL i can't stop thinking about how the guys at her school will look at mustang and then when a girl pops out of it hehe , happy B-day
She looks adorable in side that car
The dog: I smell crack, i smell crack, i smell crack, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy.
My car was basically a steal as well, considering how much I profited from it when I sold it. What you're not really understanding is that car markets are COMPLETELY different here In New Zealand. I know right! It was totally the girl's decision for her parents to surprise her with a birthday present!
The little brat had complete control over what her parents got her.
I remember when I worked my ass off for a summer. Needless to say, after all was done, i still drove an old Accord, but it felt like a ferrari to me
Well... it seems that they're used to give cars every day. Because If I receive a Mustang for present, I'll die instantly... LoL..!!! Congrats..!
my dream car that i have been working for but she gets it with a blink of an eye
even the dog likes that mustang
I loveeee your reaction.. lmao!!! Great car.. congrats...
Thats it? This is why having a daughter is a bad thing. They expect the world at their feet, and when they get a car they have this type of reaction "...that my car? oh neat.." A boy appreciates what he has, you buy him this and he'll be hopping in the air givin the old man a hell of a hug.
My dream vehicle would be a volkswagen pickup truck with a V8 engine, automatic transmission and rear wheel drive. This is the perfect vehicle for me.
dog sniffing: this is a weird looking kitchen.
Dog: omg omg omg new carrrr can't wait to pee on it !
The dog is like, "damn i get to ride in this bitch, hell yeah!"
pretty ungrateful if i would get a mustang as a gift i would be the happiest person alive
If I had a mustang for birthday or for any other reason I would probably have an heart attack or pass out.. And you can notice her "happiness".
in an attempt to possible defend this girls reaction. she could have simply been too stunned to react.
its fucking ridiculous when people say "its only a v6" yeah its a v6 with a 4 liter engine. its still faster then most of every car you see when your daily driving. keep hating if you can beat my mustang i can assure you you won't beat my 2g supra. this mustang still great car
i like how people say its unfair people get a nice car i am 18 i got a damn nice car i worked for it...
would be like: "yeah, nice diamond ring, but my parents gave me a Mustang..."
the dog is like, "where the fuck did this come from?"
Lol nice (: I got a 2012 V6 Mustang for a late Christmas present (: And I LOVEE it! Mine is dark metallic silver though xD
haha what if she says seriously a 6 cylinder mustang?...
Caitlin is happy about her new Mustang car(A Ford Mustang To Boot)
I had one just like it. Wish I never would have got rid of it.
Lol people are so jealous. :) The mustang is beautiful.
I hate people that get cars, I am 16 and I am very busy with school, but still I worked hard for being able to buy my own car.
I bought the same car when i was 16 (17 now). It is an 05 mustang. I paid for it completely by myself. It really pisses me off when people get cars like this by not doing shit
awesome car congrats!
Haha...even the dog likes the new car...
Thats alright bro, Work hard so you could give your kids this happiness :)
I got a mustang for my 16th, I love my car. There is nothing wrong with a girl driving a mustang.
The dog though... HAHAHHAH
the dog pissed on the wheel!!!! lol
My first and actual car is a 2011 Mazda 3, and I fucking love it!
nicee, love the old fords
I acted more exited when I bought my own mustang.
i think shes just in shock people....if that beast were given to me it would probably take days to sink in.
@SummerTheFuzzy its a V6 mustang... It's not really a sports car by any means. It makes for a great first car.
That's really cool I feel like I have to say this though mustangs are officially only driven by chicks now ( the 05-now models)
i bought my mustang. and im fucking proud of it:)
The "GENIUS" meme comes to mind :P
I remember when my mom bought me a Mustang just like yours for my Birthday.....The only twist is that i have to pay for the insurance and bills, all my mom did was put a down payment on it. :/
Wonderful video
i don't understand these parents, their kids are STILL LEARNING to drive so they go buy them a really powerful car...
Haha my friends first car was also a v6 mustang. He made it a ricer. LOL
V6 mustangs aren't powerful lol
IcyThaneProductions well, they're a hole lot more powerful than what we can have as a first car, here in england you have to have a piece of shit Peugeot 106 / Nissan micra from the 19th century to be able to pay for the insurance
*****
Well thats a bummer. I get to drive a subaru wrx.
yeah well i guess thats why america is slightly better
she's lucky. The closest i got to a mustang was a 1989 colt.
They get a faster take off. In the long run, the American cars will win with more horsepower.
Yes but this is in New Zealand i'm talking about. DECENT and RELIABLE cars like that cheap don't come easily. You bought a Saab..
You should be grateful you even get presents.
I don't think the girl was being ungrateful. Just think she was a bit overwhelmed. Everyone's not screen star models, you know!
You wanna know what I had for my 16th birthday? A pair of new jeans! American children are so spoiled...
Hey yall,
I think this chat overheated a little... after all its a video on some girl getting a rustang and lets be honest, she wont make too much use of the power offered other than backing up really fast:-)

i see where you are going at, but that's the base, and so it only has a v6 in it, which is the same engine they use in the minivan but still
I wouldn't give my kids a car. I don't want them to think you can go through life by handouts and being given things on a silver platter. I'd tell her " want a car? Work nd buy it yourself. See what it's like to earn a dollar."
Sure do. A family.
Its a Mustang... you can't expect much more.
@JamakianSoulja TY, she's a classic. plus, better milage then that mustang and it actually does 130 without being limited like most american cars. not to mention is alot more classy. mustang = plastic parts and plastic interior. my old mercedes = leather. so ty for the compliment on my mint condition mercedes =)
holy crap i want that for a present!!!!
nice car ... you are lucky
@ChickenCritters the V6 mustangs are putting out over 300 horsepower still, the V8's put out 430, so what about your 350z again?
@SteezyJerksEnt They are spoiled. I work and saved up and bought my own car. I am very grateful when I got a pair of oakley's for my birthday because I really wanted them. I say be grateful for what you have not what you can have.
@middeleastmusician I could be wrong but that just looks like the baseline mustang v6, not exactly an angry muscle car..
Lucky girl. Get new mustang for me means to completly save my wage for 4 years and don´t spend a cent for food or anything. And im college educated and got quite good job. But one day i will buy one.

mine was an 81 inline 6 300.. FUckin bulletproof truck!
her boyfriend must get LEVEL PRO PRESENT when going to surprise her :-p
i payed for every cent of my first car
If you have less, or have gotten less then she will most likely be spoiled to you, but to her she might think that people with audis, mercedes, bmws and other luxury brand cars are spoiled.
Could have been a graduation present....
ooooh maaan thats a one beautiful car !! love mustangs. btw - it seems like father bought the car with hopes shes not gonna use it verry often. if u get my point :D... yeah beautiul one !
The fuck she will never drive it to its potential.
None of these kids even say thanks or give there mum and dad a hug
