What i think about in the mine areas in the 1800s what did they eat. Not much game, truck in food?? What a hard life! Thanks Russ for the journey! Bought a 4 wheel drive vehicle, it's all your fault. Incredible view and trail. It always amazes me how our ancestors took pride in the views they enjoyed because every old structure I have ever found has a view worth a million bucks.

Oh my gosh!! I was right there with you the whole time! With a little bit of a thrill ride in a couple of spots (yeesh!); you reiterated exactly how I felt, standing in front of the fireplace in the remains of that stone structure (dang that was cool!).... and reflected. That's exactly how I do things! I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am! You step in, stand and view exactly as I would! You give a gift!

🙋♀️Hello Russ! I got a little queasy on a few of those over the top areas, 🤦♀️ did anyone else have that affect? This was fun! I just don't know how safe the ground is beneath your feet in some areas. Nothing stopping the ground from caving in at anytime, even tho' there are sectioned off areas to prevent someone from slipping into existing opened holes. Picture postcard perfect scenery with a beautiful clear blue sky! Really enjoyed seeing this!👍

I LOVE THIS STUFF, WHEN I WAS YOUNG I WENT TO A OLD GOLD NEAR ARVIN CA, WHEN MY FATHER-IN-LAW AND I GOT THERE, THERE WAS A OLD MAN THAT LIVED THERE, AND MINED THE SHAFT ALL HIS LIFE,HE WALKED ALL BENT OVER,BUT HE SAID WE COULD GO IN AS LONG AS WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY WOMEN WITH US ,WE ASSURED HIM WE DID NOT. HE STATED THAT IT WAS BAD LUCK TO LET A WOMAN IN THE MINE. SO OVER THE ENTRANCE OF THE MINE WAS A SIGN THAT SAIN NO WOMEN ALLOWED

I try and watch for coyotes on your off trail videos. they must be used to atv's and just lay low or are thy much of a problem?
