Chinese Style Steamed Halibut Recipe! Big Shticks!!

- Today I’ll make a family favorite. A real simple, really quick & delicious way of preparing virtually any mild flaky white fish. But today I’ll use fresh caught halibut. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1lb Halibut
Salt & Pepper to taste
Green onion sliced
Cilantro chopped
Ginger matchsticks
Garlic chopped
Red Pepper Flakes
2 tblsp Aji-Mirin
2 tblsp Soy Sauce
3 tblsp canola oil
Looks delicious!!!
