It's because xqc is a react whore. He "reacts" to everything. The whole video was about how shitty xqc is for stealing views (eyes) from people, and xqc just "reacted" to it blindly, without even understanding it was making fun of how shitty of a content creator he is for stealing all the content.

When i first watched the original, I was confused because i didn't know what it was based on, so i only saw maybe half. But now that I've come across this, it makes sense.
