The watch 7 Ultra will be nearly double the price. Aside from a Titanium body, bigger battery and different appearance / band, you don't get anything else. I have the Watch 6 and will upgrade to the watch 7 to get a quicker processor and dual band GPS. I can't see any real benefit in the Ultra imho.

Just make it a square screen, then fs

True. But this way Samsung has less work to do. The software(UI) don't need big changes.
I've got the 6 classic and I rarely use the rotating bezel , much easier and quicker to swipe the display
I love my Watch5 Pro and 6 Classic. I will be trading in the 5Pro on the Ultra. Both of my current watches are superior to Apple Watch 7 and 8 I had prior.
It is a bit weak, that we will recieve a battery capacity like the 5 pro. I went for the 5 pro instead of the 6, but I thought, that the 7 would be better again
Didn't aged well
It makes perfect sense not to have a rotating bezel , as the 7 ultra is more rugged , and a moving part like the bezel would weaken that aspect of it. I barely use the rotating bezel on my 6 classic , it's easier to just swipe the display . I'll definitely be trading my 6 classic in for the 7 ultra, the extra weight is not an issue either . The new design in my opinion is much better than the 6 classic , especially the way the strap blends into the frame , add to that ,better processor , bigger battery , dual GPS, titanium frame , solid upgrade , and it's obvious the price will be a lot more expensive than the standard one , for anyone who doesn't want to spend that much , get the standard one.

I love samsung but to be honest the samsung watch ultra looks exactly like the apple watch ultra, i don't know if i should get it. It's the same thing with the galaxy buds3 pro they are coping apple this time
WTF are they thinking? Why have a square watch with a round display? That's the worst of both worlds. I like the round watch and rotating bezel so I put up with a round display that crops the corners. If you make a square watch you might as well have a square display to improve display size.
