That was great footage... I kept thinking "how in the hell is this guy going to draw with them that close?" then when you were obscured by both of their fans I thought "DRAW NOW!" and, sure enough, you did. I "felt" the action... Great video.
Great job. Thanks for posting this. I like how they challenged the decoy and started beating the crap out of it. Fascinating
This dude has every trinket imaginable dangling off of him. Cool sequence
Great video guys, beautiful animals, looking forward to getting mine here in the next few weeks. Thanks for the advice.
The real question is why is that Justin guy wearing mossy oak camo in a realtree video?? That's like drivin a Chevy in a ford commercial!!
I don't understand how anyone could "dislike " this vid ! This is awesome !
Ignorant and sensitive city folk who think hunting is just killing innocent animals, when in reality, everybody I know hunts for food, not fun.
+2A.L.E.X2 true
Wow! That was nothing but awesome!! How did those turkeys not see you?! Great video!!!!!
Gorgeous! Great patience!
Perfect moment to draw man!
Song name. Bringin' It Home.
By Paul Bogart. You can get it on ITunes. Thanks Cally
Nice work mate keep up the good work
What sight do u use
What kind of camera do you use?
Song by Paul Bogart. Get it on iTunes.
Wow the comments I am reading on here! Why come watch the video if you believe it offends? I am a avid archer that knows how difficult it is to draw back on a Turkey at close range or even long range. I have taken 5 birds in the last 4 seasons with a bow. Every time I thank the Lord because he is my savior and allows me the opportunity to be here and do what us humans have done for many generations! Please do not compare hunting to murdering! You want to be Vegan than more power to you, but do not push your ideas into others who do not share the same view! To the others who think they are better at taking a bird, well great if it works for you and just keep doing it. The peeing contest is over and please move on.
Great set up calling and shooting! He’ll wait to!
whats the title of the song?
I know that it got my heart pumping!!!
what bow?
details?
Great hunt guys! Man your heart must of been pounding the way you are heavy breathing. Your coat is heaving in and out big time. Way to go waiting for them to turn their tails to you, I wondered how you were going to manage with them so close.
God Bless
I'm new to turkey hunting, is the Chair nessary? or blind?
Depends. Turkeys have amazing eyesight and can spot shine or movement easily. A blind helps, put you need to be deliberate in preparing for a shot. the chair is more of a comfort thing.
Who wrote that song?
Who the singer who sings that county song
I watched this before we went out sat. I killed one in the blind then we ditched the blind and got another one without it. Both bow kills on video!
"Thank You, Lord." Yes, brother. Glory to God!
how you do this call? if you can make one video and show how you do that!!
What? The kee-kee-run?
Awesome hunt man
Had the bow set up at a pro shop. It performed just fine czcams.com/users/postUgkxQEKUoxLWwayEDZR0NKB-5limn4MBU-2L . And I would say this is a good starting now that I could pass down to my son when he is older. But the package was missing the release and a nock was missing from one arrow.Dealing with customer support was terrible. They suggested I buy a new release rather than correct their own quality control issue because it’s to expensive for the. to ship it out from China.Update: manufacturer got back to me and resolved the issue. I retract the above statement.
it's the most wonderful time...it's the most wonderful time...its the most wonderful time of the year!
Not a religious... person, but i felt good when he was grateful to the lord
That's a great man... couldn't honor hunting anymore
idiot
DIY Home ?
What state are you guys in?
United
That turkey on the left had no idea how close he came. Decision to turn left saved its life.
people saying this took no time and effort should go try and hunt a turkey from this range. well, that's after you set up your decoy and sit motionless for hours and then call the birds in by chance
maybe get a better fucking spot to hunt and try better fucking camo dumbass , you prolly stay out there for 30 minutes and if you dont see one you go home
Try real hunting it doesn't take an hour to kill a big game animal it takes days months of our time
thats bullshit just like your life
You don't know hunting Jack I don't know hunting but there is no lickey spot that's why you pay for you animals to kill
Which country is this one?
Jalil Safari United States
Excellent!
elk hunting gets ur heart pumping way more
Tek Buck they are equal
Alright Robin Hood, calm down.
I think government should pass a law prohibiting people with IQ'S less than 100 to leave any comments on youtube.....these tree huggin vegetarians are REALLY starting to freak me out
That's funny XD
Pollie Beukes dude honestly people are stupid
You do know that would probably kill all channels on YT, don't you?
YEES THANK YOU
sandra sparks Kosamk
Wow, cool!
this shit would never fly with the birds i hunt. But im glad it worked for this guy. Different birds, different area, to each his own
Great vidio! Who sings the song at the end?

Is this like texting
what took you so long to shoot ?
DmRushed he was waiting for both gobblers to look away from them , turkeys are smart and have 270 degrees vision a slight movement and they run as soon as both turkeys looked away he nocked the arrow and drew it
They have the best eyesight of almost any animal
Amazing. Forget all the keyboard hunters talking from their mothers basement.
@ 6:00 on, was any of that calling you? Or was that all the turkey's themselves talking?
How?!? Turkeys are like the hardest animal to hunt. Gj
Awesome!
Intense!
Great video dude!
Just wondering, is it normal for other turkeys not to run after one of them has been shot? I know other animals like deer will run for their lives!
rka191 yes it’s normal
I'm 12 never went bow hunting I'm soon getting a bow does any body have tips for shooting?
Yeah shoot
practice really hard because it isn't easy😃
Man I know I would have gotten too amped up there and tried to draw back too early
Nice hunt
Wide you what so long
this is the difference between new England wild turkeys and everyone elses in the country lol. Being that open, calling that much, and that much movement would never fly out here, no pun intended. Great job though
you got some serious skills dude =D
"Get the adrenaline pumping" to sit still and hunt animals that are so oblivious to you that they come up to 6 yards.
SyntaxErrorXoXo it does to get them that close smart guy
I wanna join with your company..
why not a head/neck shot from that distance? looks like he shot him in the tail
are you guys birds watching or hunting? shoot the dang bird
They have really good eye sight they would either run or fly away of he pulled back early.....
8:25 come on Henry its just a blow up doll. "yes I know but its still fun"
agree
I would try this except I would have to make a video entitled, "How I got confused and shot my decoy". 😂👍
I had an Interesting season. Went out once on the weekend didn't here anything. Then during the week me and my sister ran out a nice cobbler out of a field. Set the blind up and then Saturday we were calling all morning didn't hear anything and we took a break from calling 5 minutes later a couple hens walk out to our right and they walk up see the decoy and then avoid it and start heading out to the middle of the field. And then a nice gobbler and a small Jake come out. And 1 more behind it but couldn't tell what the last one was. He comes out doesn't even acknowledge the decoy and I shoot and dropped him. He was a 9 1/2 inch beard
How many of you complainers in the comment section have hunted before? just curious
ad
+Tiny Samuri x None, obviously. It’s the same with all of these hunting videos. These commenters only eat the meat that the grocery store makes. I guess they think birds raised in a poultry farm, that spend their entire lives in filthy sheds with tens of thousands of other birds, eventually killed by having their
throats cut and immersed in scalding-hot water - must have it better than these wild birds. These commenters that happily eat the grocery meat and use animal products, have never once worked for their meal. They don't respect the animal nor the sacrifice. They don’t understand the kinship with nature or preparation that goes into a successful hunt. They pay others to do the work for them so they can point their righteous fingers from behind their iPads, contently detached from the food chain. IMO, if you eat meat and DON'T hunt - you're an asshole.
+SuperSnallygaster 1. "These commenters only eat the meat that the grocery store" - I'm sure there are many vegetarians etc commenting here who don't eat a shred of meat.
2. "they think birds raised in a poultry farm" - Why would someone against hunting be for factory farming? Have you not considered that many people might be against both??
3. Not all farming methods are inhumane.
4. " can point their righteous fingers from behind their iPads" This quite a funny statement considering that many people who go out hunting today seem to employ every bit of technology they can to help them find & kill animals.
5. You don't have to go out killing random animals to get in touch with nature.
6. "They don't respect the animal nor the sacrifice"- This is also quite an amusing statement considering that many hunters seem obsessed with going after the biggest specimens only and like to do stuff like taxiderming the animal into an gross ornament to decorate their house with etc (respectful to the animal? I think not!).
7. Hunting is still a way of life for some people but please don't go kidding yourself that for you and 98% of other hunters in America that its anything more than a weekend hobby.
There is a huge difference between some Inuit who hunts to feed his family (because otherwise they will starve etc) to some fat American spending his office earnings on assortment of (quite frankly ridiculous looking) weapons and drive out to shoot animals in some area he/she doesn't even live in for no other reason than they find it fun to hunt (and like to entertain the idea of eating some turkey they've killed in the same way that some people like to entertain the idea of growing some vegetables after a cooking program they saw on TV. But growing some backyard veg doesn't make you farmer anymore than killing a few animals at the weekend suddenly makes you a hunter!).
I dunno...there seems to be a lot of delusion on here about what these hunts are really about. Whenever you see people defending hunting you'll never see any of them using the "fun" word. Instead its always tripe like "I'm getting back in touch with nature", "Its for the animals population management sake", "I like to eat free animals" etc even though its quite obvious to even the dimmest person that all these people on youtube are just hunting for the fun of it all (so who are you trying to convince about hunting? Because it sounds like to me you're trying to convince & justify it to yourselves more than anything else...).
+Tokis Phoenix 1) You're wrong on most accounts. 2) I only eat what I kill. That means that I'm a vegetarian unless I bring an animal home. I'm pretty certain that qualifies me as being a hunter. 3) Personally, I'm not fat. I spent 6 years working as a climbing instructor and guide. I've spent more days at altitude than you Brit's have collectively spent annoying hunters on CZcams.
+SuperSnallygaster My point is that you made all these huge negative sweeping (& patronizing/offensive) generalizations about these who might be against hunting yet at the same time its quite clear that when the tables are turned and people are making negative generalizations about hunters you clearly don't like it! Doesn't that lead you believe that if anyone is to come to any agreements about hunting, insulting the opposition will not win anyone over hmm?
PS: I don't see what mountain climbing has to do with any of this etc...
tell Kenny Powers I said hey.
you say yes after you kill the turkey even though your like 10 yards away from it
i like when he say`s Thank you :Lord
I don't. Why would "the Lord" care one way or another?
@@billsoderholm3125as a Christian, we believe that the LORD is a giver of good gifts. He is a good father
nice
What next. Worms at 3 feet. Ants at 3 inches lol.
Ooooooooo. Soooooo is so far man😱
shoot..... shoot...do I have to teach you....
God is good!!!
É bom de mais
Nice
And fourth: Make sure your hunting on private land.
About 9:00 is when he actually shoots it
turkey farm, they could eat in your hand!
g4rg no it wasn’t my dad got a wild one 2 feet away
Kap ta ceuuuu
you are what you eat :)
That long intro doe
I am not a hunter but I really enjoyed this video. I would loved to have eaten that turkey.
good
wow
This guy is boomhower
small gobblers hahaah
I could catch that with my bare hands....
just keep hunting and fishing
I find hard to feel respect for a hunt that requires so much set up. Don't get me wrong but being a predator means you are more fitted than the prey and in this case doesn't look like it.
MacTavish002 shut your face you are most likely a butthurt vegan that thought “ohh I’m soooo offended by that man shooting a innocent bird” you can’t hunt without camp also btw you should think most farmers are hunters
hes shaking so much
+tokisphenix have you ever hunted? because if you did then you would know how much people work to get the opportunity to hunt an animal.... you can't just go somewhere and shoot something, so if you do not like hunting then don't bug the people that do and just stop watching hunting videos!!
love the outdoors?? check out the cd DECOYS IN THE BATHTUB on itunes!!
Awesome vid.I would have got busted :-)
Alan Wilke me too, did you see how heavy his breathing got when the bigger Gobblers showed up
Aguante la caza
tidak baik tau
so many opportunities wasted noob hunt and i spent watch his intro for like 6-7 minutes
I agree..I was so close yet they have to call and wait..wait for what just shoot...hmmm I really dont understand...
If you rush you miss trust me I've missed plenty of shots because my excitement got the best of me
+suhaimi yop othman A turkey has 180 degree vision if you make a move they will fly off, that's why he said you have to wait until it turns away from you since their tail feathers are in the way of its vision.
You've obviously never hunted. There is a lot of adrenaline rushing through his veins, that makes a man a bit unsteady at first.
Dalaxsis eyesight not a noob
I sure the guy must have felt very clever & big that he managed to outwit & kill a turkey...
+CLayaway1 Does anyone over the age of 8 use the term "butthurt" these days...?
+Tokis Phoenix Ya'll idiots act like he just sat down and a turkey came up instantly.....it takes hours and hours.I'd be happy that it paid off as well.
what aare those
+Nate M plus tracking and actually waiting

Why exactly?
All that kit and expense, you could throw a rock at it and kill it at that distance!
Rocks can't kill massive birds, idiot.
Diamond Mangle Obviously you have no understanding of the word "irony"
$1000 spent on kit to shoot a bird from a few metres away that you could buy in a shop 100's of times over for what was spent on that lot!
Hardly sport is it?
It requires NO skill at all, even I could hit it from that distance.
Pathetic.
+Mark Smallman I going to take the educated guess that you have never went hunting because that hunt took more time than the video entails so it was indeed quite sporting
+Lance Hostetler Maybe but the fact all that money was spent to bag a turkey about 10 yards away regardless of anything else is truly pathetic.
i love and live for it. check out some of my turkey hunts
