Animal bleeds out falls asleep. Arrows are razor sharp, penetrating at 280+ fps. All they feel is a pinch. Pain is felt at dermal layer of skin. Animals do not know death, or the concept or fear of death. Why do you think a dog or cat will run it traffic. Wild animals flee due to survival instinct

The couch arrived in two boxes four days early, which was great because we'd just moved into a new house and needed places to sit. Another reviewer suggested inserting the seat into the side and I'm glad they did as the instructions weren't clear on that matter. It's incredibly light and slides easily across the wood floor, making it easy to move. It's firm, but comfortable. It will even be great to nap on. I got the gray, which definitely has strong blue undertones, but I'm okay with that.
This looks so fun! Next year I'm hunting turkeys for thanksgiving.

Idblackwell1990 They're not that stupid. They are hunting TAME birds. There is NO WAY you can do what they did around the WILD birds around here. The only one's stupid are those watching this video and thinking these are wild turkeys. The "Hunting Show" Hunters have to get their footage, so they go where the hunting is stupid easy. Otherwise, they would hardly get any camera footage or kill shots. Of course they still have to place the shot, but they have forever to aim with the turkeys not spooking. It's a little sickening to me knowing how hard I've hunted to get my turkeys, then these guys make people think it's nothing.

***** They don't look tame, they look like very unpressured wild turkeys that are used to seeing nonhunting humans. See the way they ran when they saw him crawl in the field, they were wild. But sure weren't near as spooky as the birds I hunt, I couldn't get away with that close range stuff for so long.
Maybe these turkeys are stupid, but many are skittish and will fly at high speeds in all directions.
But still nowhere NEAR as stupid as people like you.

I watch Native Americans Hunt turkeys this way with less powerful bows. It is a straight open shot to the vitals. a couple steps and they fall over. the Head shot is also a good method to take a Turkey
Always worked for me. My uncle showed me how to hunt Turkey this way. He way taught by his family which was Native Americans. I wish I could remember which Tribe they where.
I have heard a lot of guy say to hit them though the wings so you do not lose the bird if it tries to skip town and fly away. The arrow is though the wing and prohibits flight. Like this shot. Bit is not really close enough to the vitals.

Most people shoot through the side, not saying shooting through the butt is wrong, I'v personally never seen or heard of it, but if you've seen it done and it kills them right away by all means keep doing it. He just shot abit low but it was close, turkey's are quite tough and these ones seemed pretty big. I personally would have gone and made sure to finish off the second one. The arrow is likely going to go through to the other side no matter what side you shoot it from, so aslong as its on target you should be able to technically shoot it from any side.
If you can't shoot a bow straight use a shotgun. Have some respect for your quarry.

If he were to have gone up to that turkey it would have got a huge adrenaline rush allowing it to run really far. Then it would have suffered for even longer AND he would not have even gotten the meat out of it.
Harald Schevik unfortunate for you. Hunting has been around longer than you have and counted that he is not the best shot in the world turkeys have lots of meat and medium value so hunting turkeys is a good idea if your into hunting game.

Practice the way you will be shooting in the woods and fields. Shoot your deer target from your tree stand. Shooting down from a tree is very different from ground shooting. For ground stands, practice standing and sitting shots. For squirrels practice shooting up. Don’t worry about becoming perfect. When you can get consistent hits, go hunting. Your skills will improve even better that way. And, the main thing, enjoy yourself! The game will taste great and the memories will last for your entire lifetime.

Hunting is all about killing the animal in the most humane way possible. I'm all for hunting but if you're going to commit to killing an animal please use the right tools that appropriate your skill level. Taking two arrows to kill a gobbler is 1 too many. Using bows are primitive, if you can't kill it in one, use something that doesn't take so much skill, like a rifle or even a crossbow if you like arrow hunting

I'm just getting started & know very little. I'm starting with just target shooting, but am curious about small game hunting. What kind of arrowheads are the best for small game? Tiger claw, Judo, or really blunt ones like hammerhead? I want something that will kill the animal the fastest with the least amount of suffering.
