2 ½ cup all purpose flour (375g)
1 tspn salt
2 tablespoon sugar
125 ml cold water
Custard filling
4 whole eggs large
2 eggyolks
390 gram condensed milk
1 ½ cup evaporated milk (375ml)
1 tspn vanilla
Meringue
2 egg whites
