I can’t believe people complain about the game being too hard on its hardest level. turn the difficulty down a notch doofus. It’s a team based game for a reason
This video was so funny, they really just sent all the spewers, and chargers from the whole planet at you at once. Also how do you play with the lag, I could never if my game was stuttering like that.
you made a mistake. the damage you can see in the stats isn't dps, it's just damage per round. In case of the punisher you've to divide the damage by the amount bullets of every single round to estimate the damage of them. So, through the fact, that it's a shotgun, the bullets are spread over targets or target zones on larger enemies.
Clicked on this thinking it was the other guy who does the stress tests with good editing (i.e. cutting out irrelevant information and rants) and great insights. Video was a waste of time like 90% rant and complaining. You don't need to test on higher difficulties cuz health and armor values don't change per level. Just changes the amount of heavy units spawn.

The damage feels ok to me, but it feels absolutely useless against medium armors. I tend to switch to my rail gun to deal with those.
