10 MIN STANDING BOOTY ACTIVATION - grow your booty/ glute workout/ butt activation, including breaks

  • Train and activate your glutes with this quick workout. You can also take the band with you on vacation and start your training from there or use it in the gym to activate it before your butt muscle training.
    All you need is a booty band. Improve yourself by getting faster from workout to workout. If you want, you can also use dumbbells for some exercises.
    If you can't do the exercises for 35 seconds, do each exercise for just 15 to 20 seconds. Then you have a little break in between.
