You missed a lot.
1. Check chassis/VIN number and take a note.
2. Check the mirror/glass serial number. It should be same with all glass.
1 & 2 should match with the car you get at the delivery time.
3. Check gears
4. Wippers
5. Check under the car
6. Check tire threads
7. Check handbrakes

एक बात रह गयी. हम जब गाडी लेते है, तब सामनेवाली कांचको साफ करनेवाला वायपर नही चेक करते. वायपरके साथ जो Water jet होता है वो नही चेक करते. मेरे गाडीके वायपरका Water jet बस चुल्लुभर पानी फेकता था.
पर ये बात मुझे पंधरा दिन बाद समझमे आयी. उस सेंटरने कोई बात नही सुनी. कहते है ये तो ऐसा ही होता है. सारा मूड खराब कर दिया.

I totally agree with you that sometimes in excitement customer gets befooled while in a showroom. Further to a new customer I will suggest that he should take some experienced and expert person to the showroom so that he may help in finding any shortcoming in the vehicle. maine 2010 m car li thi.... tab kia tha check ... maine 2 cars reject ki thi quki usme se ek m MRF k tyre the or dusri 140km chali hui thi... but jo maine car final ki thi usme BRIDGESTONE k tyre the... per tyre ki cost m 1400 ka diffrence tha..... showroom wale karte hain ghapla ... i agree.

Few additional points to consider:
1. Check if trunk and fuel tank is opened easily
2. If door lights are working
3. If all tools are present in trunk
4. If seats are adjustable easily without any fuss
5. Tyre manufacturing date
Where to check tyre manufacturing date?
@@rahulxdd you may see it near to size markings on the tyre sidewall its usually in Week/Year format example if tyre was made in 20th week of the year 2021 it would be marked as 20/21

Adding one more point is checking the chassis no.of the car.Many dealers will give you a car which was their in the stockyard for months. Try to buy the car with less number of days/months make from a date of delivery.

Sir I booked eartiga 9 months ago on 13 april after that car come in showroom 4 months later but due to budget we said to our agent we want car in diwali but after that car is not come still i meet to manager of showroom yesterday within 2 hours they available car but agent said this shown display car of showroom with accessories lagi hai phale se kya hame ye lena chahiye aur unhone payment karne bola hai gadi ane ke phale

Please help how to check reliability of insurance, insurance processing charges, post sales harrassments and airbags working without damaging the car. You are good. Keep it up.

Depends upon the dealer. I bought an rtr 200 and it had a minor leak issue the showeroom guys showed very interest and helped me out
Some dealers r like friends....my friend bought car without any headache he checked every part and still car is running fine 😃
I went for the delivery of my Swift in 2009 at Maruti showroom cum workshop. While backing up the technician bumped the car against an obstruction in front of my eyes. The rear bumper almost cracked. Within minutes the workshop guys repaired the dent and repainted it. It looked as good as new. However, I refused to accept the delivery and after noting down the VIN asked them to get me a fresh piece. That very day delivery of another car with similar trim was scheduled. They swapped my car with this piece and gave the other customer the repaired one
