Thank you. This is very well done and easy to understand. I might make the lawyers dress differently bcuz yhey look like judges.. to me at least lol but i dont know what they supposed to wear, so please ignore this if thats the case. Or for any other reason.

Thank you for your comment. Wigs and gowns are worn by advocates in certain courts in England and Wales.

You are under oath to tell the truth when you take the witness box, yet the way these cross examiners ask leading yes/no questions makes it virtually impossible if you aren't given the option of qualifying your answer. If you do try to qualify your answer, you'll almost certainly get a 'Just answer the question as it was asked' retort.

@davidspear9790. The witness will have an opportunity to provide fuller explanations in re-examination (re-direct).

Shouldn’t there be a CCTV to prove the person tatoo? She might or she might not be a robber without CCTV

Not always the case. Doesn't matter where you are even globally, there's not CCTV everywhere and real life isn't CSI haha. The argument about the tattoo could also be rebutted on re-examination I think but hey that's a different topic I'm sure.

Can you put a video which could throw light on the fact of lieing witness about sexual crime.

Advocate Mangesh, I have a video on how to expose lies and inconsistencies generally.
