I absolutely LOVE the customizability this keyboard offers, as for taking up 2 USB ports, it works for me since it has it's own ports. Only thing I'm personally not a fan of is the clicky keys as opposed to the tactical key mechanics, I just prefer it. The $100 is a bit steep, but I feel the durability it seems to have and customizable options pay off in the end.
just got home with mine. im likinjg it so far. im used to some other logitech custom switches but that one broke, the only other keyboard i had was mx blue, and those are just too loud for me now. so i went with browns this time. so far so good.

Great review, buddy. Just adding one detail,, the second USB plug is optional and made feed the USB output behind the top of the keyboard. This keyboard has a bit more hidden feats.

Keyboards don't use anywhere near the data required for a USB 3.0 cable. In fact, Keyboards use so little data, you can share a single 2.0 USB port using a splitter for your keyboard and mouse and still have a lot of bandwidth for that 2.0 port available.
i bought the same keyboard but with brown switches cause i do my work in the night and the sound will definietly wake up the peeps so yup but yes i like the tactile feedback that these brown ones give more than the blues one which i had in my earlier keyboard

Thank you very much!!! I think the caps are rather thick and well made. Definitely not cheap plastic. The whole keyboard is very durable. Even the USB power cable.
The problem with this keyboard is that u have to set brightness low by manually pressing FN+F7 everytime when u turn on your PC or restart. U cannot set automatically.

hey man you dont need to plug in both usb plugs. i have this keyboard and as of typing i only plug the usb with a keyboard logo on the wire. i dont plug the usb plug
anyone have any suggestions on a keyboard that's similar but doesn't have a USB passthrough and stiff looking cable? Because I like a lot of the neat features of this keyboard, but after watching this and a few other reviews, those things are keeping me away from it.
