Just my opinion, wouldn't want younger athletes seeing this and getting discouraged.

These are very general stats. When I was in HS, I could throw a football (college sized) about 35 yards. The thing is that I'm only 5'6", 130lb, and have 8 1/2 inch wide hands, so for someone my size it's quite good. If I had 9 to 9 1/2 inch hands I could probably throw it quite a bit further. (And not that it matters, but I also ran a 4.45 40yd dash in HS too).
Tell that to Chad Pennington who played in the NFL for many years and always had a very high completion percentage but couldn't throw the ball past 30 yards.

Grip the football with your fingertips and if your hands are too small grab it closer to the tip of the ball. Leave a gap/pocket in your hand between your pointer finger and thumb so that your palm doesn’t touch the ball there
If your still new to qb or football in general you probably cant throw this far by default, so, practice the right mechanics and try to aim for 100 passes a day to build your arm and accuracy up, if you get arm pain maybe take one rest day a week and ice it and go back to it, it will pay off
