I’m new here, but I live here now and I ain’t goin nowhere. I’m only 6 minutes in but Dougie Fresh, she’s on! The GOD in her is refreshing and her testimony raps to me like she’s on time. Like GOD is backstage and he’s telling me in 6 proverbial minutes it’s about time he took center stage to make me fresh. That’s what I’m sayin. She speaks to me.

But I am struggling with some Sins that I honestly don’t know how to quit I hate my Sins But I genuinely don’t know how to stop them Am I still Saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I Not Saved because of my Sins? We will never stop sinning as long as we live but the closer we get to Jesus the less it will happen. If you don’t read the Bible start studying it. Proverbs is a good book to give us wisdom and tell us how to live. Fortunately, there are 31 chapters of proverbs and most months 31 days in a month. Read a chapter a day and start over the next month. Also pray for your weaknesses and ask Jesus to strengthen you in the areas of weakness. This is a life long process and the only way I’ve found to not practice sin is to stay in the word everyday. It’s as if God is speaking to us and guiding us everyday when we read His word and it helps make us stronger not to commit sin because our minds are always saturated in truth which gives us strength. The Holy Spirit will also give you the strength you need if you seek Him. The Bible says God will never put more on us than we can bear. So if you are tempted, with all temptation God will give us a way out but we have to be the one to take it and not slip and slide in sin. You have to believe you can do it also, and the word says, we can do all things through Christ Jesus who gives us strength. Just keep praying, studying and believing and God will help you overcome every temptation you may face. May God richly blessed you as you walk with Him daily!
I've listened to you over the past few days, including your testimony. Now I am confused, was it a beautiful girl or a cash register? Your words have been sustenance for me, in the desert. So context matters to me.
It’s more than one thing that tempted her. I saw the sermon she spoke about pertaining to her sexuality and being saved. Seeing the girl at the register was one temptation. Now she is speaking to the youth and she is letting them know she use to steal and that was another temptation. Just because she didn’t explain ALL the temptations that occurred the day after she was saved on one sermon doesn’t mean they weren’t there. The enemy tempts all throughout the day. I’m sure she has many more examples of what took place that day to make her realize she was saved and at the appointed time, God will allow her to release it to his people.
