i agree po. mtagal na po yung flood control napaka importante. sana ituloy na yung paranaque spillway para yung mga tubig galing sa laguna lake pag nag over flow ay maitapos sa manila bay. at hindi kumalat lang sa pasig, cainta, marikina at sa mga iba pang bayan palibot ng laguna lake. kailan kaya ito matuloy?
part sa project na yun ay ang manggahan floodway, mga tubig galing marikina river papunta sa laguna lake.ang kasabay dapat ginawa ay yung paranaque spillway. kasama po yun sa project na yan under flood control po.
