Protest by Wrestlers : पहलवानों का धरना, Sexual Harassment के आरोप | सड़क पर उतरे पहलवान

After facing hurdles from the government and higher authorities the top wrestlers in India have petitioned the Supreme Court for a fair investigation into the sexual harassment claims made against several coaches as well as the BJP MP and Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. The wrestlers said they will continue to protest at Jantar Mantar till the police file an FIR in the case. After receiving several assurances from the sports ministry in January, the athletes decided to end their protest. However, they have resumed it because they believe that no action has yet been taken against the WFI chief.
महिला कुश्ती खिलाड़ी ने कुश्ती कोचेस और कुश्ती संघ के प्रेसीडेंट और बीजेपी नेता बृज भूषण सिंह पर तीन महीने पहले यौन शोषण का आरोप लगा था पिछली बार केंद्र सरकार ने खिलाड़ियों से वादा की था की इसकी जांच होगी और दोषी को सजा होगी पर आज तक ना कोई रिपोर्ट आई और न ही बृज भूषण पर FIR हुआ है। इतने हंगामे के बाद भी मोदी सरकार इस पर चुप रहती है। आखिर में खिलाड़ियों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ा। अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली पुलिस को फटकार लगाई है और जवाब मांगा है।
