यह फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट के लिए काला अध्याय है, इससे लगता है भारतीय कानून मात्र केवल और केवल आम लोगों के लिए लागू होते हैं।
चुनाव प्रचार करने के लिए बेल मिल जाना अपने आप में यह एक अद्भुत फैसला है ऐसे तो जितने भी अपराधी जेल में हैं सबको अपनी पार्टी का समर्थन और प्रचार प्रसार करने के लिए रिहा कर देना चाहिए.
इसके अनुसार अगर कोई जेल में है और उसका कुछ काम रुका हुआ है, तो उसे करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट को उसे भी जमानत दे देनी चाहिए क्योंकि चुनाव प्रचार करना जैसे केजरीवाल के लिए काम हो सकता है, वैसे ही अन्य अपराधियों के लिए भी उनका कोई काम हो सकता है।।
